I don't know why people blame her, she's already blaming herself. She probably can't imagine that she married someone who fooled her. Someone that was able to kill her baby.

Peaches if you read more about the case no one actually did searches on hot cars. Someone on the mother's device just liked a Facebook share about "don't leave you DOG in a hot car" and it's not even clear anyone in the house even actually watched it. It was liked on her device. No one searched it up. But the prosecution tried to use that. The prosecution ALSO used the fact someone had sent Ross Harris a link to a "child free life" website and his response to the friend who shared the link with him was actually "Grossness." But the prosecution tried to make something of the fact SOMEONE else sent him the link. These are kind of off tactics of the prosecution. lawandcrime.com/high-profile/heres-why-the-justin-ross-harris-guilty-verdict-is-absolutely-bananas-2/

She still believes it was an accident. Why shouldn't she? The evidence doesn't add up. The jury may have convicted him because he was a huge, disgusting perv, plus everyone is bashing him for being overweight. But the fact he was on his phone sexting to multiple people makes it MORE likely he genuinely forgot. As for the headstone. I have lost the most precious person in my life to sudden death and you are numb and can't think to do a lot of stuff.

I know it’s not the biggest matter, but I just find that daycare worker to be such an admirable guy for sticking with this mother in crisis. For holding her, and consoling her. He didn’t have to do that, but I am grateful he did. No one should be alone during something so traumatic.

Of course her ex is guilty, but she isn't. why is everyone hating on her?? This must be such a painful thing to go through, I can't even imagine losing your child. Of course she's in denial about her ex killing her baby- she lost her son, she's going through something terrible, and her (ex) husband is to blame. She doesn't want to accept the fact that he could actually do that and that her son really is dead. I'd be in denial as well if that happened to me.

Because there are things she did, that make it seem as though this was not an accident, that they BOTH conspired to kill their child, whilst making it appear to be an accident--AND VERY LIKELY, FOR PROFIT. We could be wrong. BUT, when things like this happen--it's unusual for SOOOOO many people to share the same gut feeling that the narrative being presented, is NOT the full story, and those ppl to be in absolute agreement about what the main issue being covered up is. That doesn't make it true, but it does definitely increase the likelihood a great deal. God grant us mercy is we are wrong about her--it would be awful for her to endure these accusations on top of the loss, were she innocent. If we are right--as killers do, she can't help but hint at the truth constantly, as she appears to do here, and in all of the other videos I've seen.

RustySpoons I get so tired of having to explain basic journalism to laymen. No we are not reinterpreting her statement. Journalism is about inches. When you are assigned a story the editor expects a certain # of words. Those #’s transfer to inches (Ie columns on a page) Too many words; editors start cutting. A good journalist will get someone to say the same thing in 1/2 the amount of words. This was a perfect example. Don’t read so much into everything. (Excuse the pun).

I was 16 when my dad died on a car accident. The morning i lost him i went numb i felt nothing i still remember people and relatives giving me very weird glares and i thought i was a monster i wondered why can't i feel sad???? What's wrong with me????? Counceling would had helped me grief but my mom did not know better she was conditioned to tough it up you can do it kind of lady. She did nit thought counceling would help she had enough faith in us that we would overcome and be strong is my guess. I love my mother I would not change her for nothing, to me shes my hero and the perfect mother. Months and months passed I remember 6months later i was still numb. Years had to passed untill i started to feel sad, the numbness was dissappearing and I started to miss him, i was traumatized I would constantly have dreams if him and on the dreams i would ask GOD please lets this be just a bad dream! I want to wake up to my Dad and when I would wake up I would have a hard time accepting his passing away. Its being 13years and im still grieving. Im more mentally stable, im working on it. Its so SAD SOCIETY POINTS FINGERS AT PEOPLE WHO SHOW MO EMOTIONS DURING THIS SITUATIONS AND PUT PEOPLE IN JAIL ACCUSED THEM OF MURDER JUST BECAUSE THEY SHOWED NO EMOTIONS. I WISH THEY WOULD STOP AND REMIND THEMSELVES THAT WE ARE HUMAN AND NOT EVERYBODY REACTS THE SAME WAY. MANY PEOPLE GO THROUGH THIS NUMB PHASE, IT DOESN'T MEAN THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE IT JUST MEANS THEY DEAL WITH IT IN A DIFFERENT WAY, THEY ARE AFFECTED JUST AS MUCH AS THE ONES WHO DO SHOW EMOTIONS WHO KNOWS THEY COULD BE MORE TRAUMATIZED AND AFFECTED THEN THOSE WHO SHOW EMOTIONS. LETS STOP AND THINK LETS NOT JUDGE!!

Pullburry Doughboy. ,. Well spoken and very true, seems like judging others is way easier than kindness and understanding. My brother died, major time went by while my husband and both sons rotated holding me , of which two days I don't remember. I went online googled "grieving". and learned so much, plus you can talk to others or read stories sharing experiences. What makes us human is being different, not acting the same. I have learned to be careful about what I'd do given another person's dilemma,.cause passing judgement on others can turn on you. Bottom line we never know how we will behave or handle an unexpected situation, until it actually happens.

So sorry you lost your dad so young, and then to have to deal with your grief on your own and be misunderstood and judged. Everybody deals with grief differently and shutting down is a survival mechanism for coping with surreal circumstances and difficult emotions. . Most teens aren't able to identify thier feelings yet never mind articulate them. People that judge do so out of ignorance. It seems you are processing in your own time and way and may need to so at different developmental stages in your life, especially when you become a parent or have other vulnerable times. There is no guidebook or right or wrong way to grieve. Some of us process more privately or Internally, some more externally. I lost my dad unexpectedly when I was 19 and I am an introvert, I was surprised at the drama of other adults.. The grief is now a part of you but it gets smaller and less intense, and I am grateful for the years I had him and I can see the ways he is still part of me or has helped me. Dreaming is part ofprocessing, I had both unsettling and comforting dreams. Depending on your spiritual beliefs you can ask for good, guidance dreams before bed, and you can meditate on the advice your dad would give you. And know you are never alone, there are a lot of supportive resources and people out there if you get stuck. Often the people in the circle we are born into are not as helpful as we hope, but that is because they are stuck in their own grief. Wish you much peace and healing. Parents just want thier kids to be healthy andhappy, and that is the best way to honor your dad. Much peace to you and your loved ones, and kudos to your mom for being strong and keeping on, even if you needed a little more awareness from her.

Not if you actually loved and trusted your husband it doesn't. Like I would never believe my husband capable of anything other than forgetting if she really loved her husband her behaviour is not abnormal just because so few relationships are real these days. There's no motive for a crime here.

It doesn't "defy all logic" at all. She loved her husband. And she hates him now for all the sexting but she still believes he just forgot she knows he was a very forgetful person. The fact that he was non stop sexting three different people makes it MORE likely he genuinely forgot. He was talking about an appeal in Jan 2017 but we never heard any more about it.

I find a common trait between a lot of cases where the husband/wife are responsible for someone's death whether it be the significant other, a child, family member, etc. The couple gets married too fast, and it's immediately the family of the victim who told them they were rushing into it. See y'all it just proves how ur family is right and just like how your mother can detect the fake friends in your life before you do, your family can sense when something's wrong and you should really listen to them no matter how badly they make you happy you should always take a step back and look at the whole picture

My mother is an excellent grandmother, but there is no reason not to take extra safety measures in any situation and circumstance." And obviously I'm not the only one that finds this device a good idea; there was a commenter above (Rokaiya Shishani) as well as several other people who liked my comment, that understood what I said. A device such as this is a prevention of any possible mistake. Much like a seat belt or helmet, it is a possibility that someone might forget. Is it unlikely? Yes. Is it a good idea to have any safety measure that may insure a situation such as this doesn't happen? Yes.

I fell asleep in my carseat (it was really early in the morning) and because she didn't hear me she forgot that she had to drop me off to daycare before heading to work. Fortunately she realized her mistake when she was halfway there. Parents are human, they get tired. It could've ended terribly, but I'm still there. Sadly it happens and it's heartbreaking, but if it's unvoluntarily, the person will have the weight of a dead person to carry forever, and it's not easy for anyone.

I can't believe for even one second that he didn't know where his baby was. If you love your baby that's an impossibility in my mind. I do find it hard to grasp how she can stand by the man that did this horrible horrible thing to her baby. That sweet innocent beautiful boy died alone, even as an adult that is one of my biggest fears-dying alone. I never had the chance to know this beautiful baby yet I can never forgive what he did. I understand being in denial of a traumatic event, I'm not bashing the mom here at all, I'm just saying that the last thing I would or could do would stand by ANYONE who had taken my son's life. I can’t find part 2....but I’m confused why would she think he left the baby in the car I’m going to have to find the full interview something is not adding up

My first thought would not have been 'maybe he left him in the car' unless my husband had done that before. I think that's the last thing any mother would think. That's weird.

cocofluff if she knew he took cooper to daycare that morning yet he wasn’t there, it’s a logical thing to think. Plus his car was on the news....I think you are way too judgmental of a poor woman who lost her baby.

People forgetting children in their car has been on the news so many times, it’s not unnatural for her to think it’s something that could have happened. It might even have been a bit of intuition. Why be suspicious of her when he was the one who killed.

My 2 year old walked out our front door on her own and headed to the village shop. When I noticed she was gone 5 mins later, (much to my surprise later) I didn’t panic. I bolted and ran after her. I caught up with her down the street and even after having the relief of her safe in my arms, I didn’t cry. I think mothers are sometimes bears in terrifying situations, not balls of emotion and tears. We are looking for ways to ‘fix it’ even when it can’t be fixed. Therefore I don’t blame her for seeming calm.

I have a 1 1/2 year old boy and protect him with my life. I'm constantly triple checking everything to make sure he is OK. Watching both parents reaction in the police interview made me physically sick. That boy counted on his parents to protect him. You have to think about how your mom would react if your dad this this to you. How your spouse would react if you did this to your child. How would you react if your spouse did this to your child. That is the smoking gun that both of these sick fucks are guilty. This makes me trust we have a good justice system and rot in prison and hell Justin Ross Harris. Too bad they couldn't bring charges on this disgusting sick woman.

I realize now.. after almost 60 years ... God doesn’t always give you all that you want for a REASON... not everything you think 💭 you want is Good for you..🤔🔑🙇🏻‍♀️🙏🏽✝️❤️. God help this mother in healing her heart in Jesus Name. 😔🔑🙇🏻‍♀️✝️

I can’t imagine the pain that she must feel. Especially on the actual day of his death. I look at my two year old and can’t imagine ever losing her.
