While I prefer Eldritch Horror to Arkham Horror, I am always down to check out a Lovecraft-inspired video game. I played a lot of Arkham Horror on the Switch while flying recently.

I enjoy the vibe, and the voice acting, but I'm not really enjoying the mechanics. Too much guesswork involved, and that's not for lack of an intelligent and intuitive game player either IMHO.

It took me a while to get into the swing of things, but I think a fair amount of that was down to not reading through all the info screens at the beginning! If I was to carry on with it I think it would flow a lot better
