Hey Jake...sending a howdy from the Lone Star State of Texas. Great post👍...im a physical media addict and i love horror. New to your channel...need to catch up on some of your past posts. Horror Forever... 🤘🎃🤘
Really good collection. My recommendations would be “the devils candy” and “a dark song” and I’m not sure if I saw it on your shelf but I would recommend “autopsy of Jane doe”
I literally can't watch jaws the revenge anymore after knowing the dark depressing truth about what happened to late child actress judith barsi rip judith we all miss you so much if you read the story about what happened to her you will be very heartbroken that is the reason why I refuse to watch jaws the revenge or anything that judith stars in because i don't want to see her and get reminded about the tragedy that awaited her rip judith 😪
@krisorgan the original is my favorite yes not because I think Pamela is beter then Jason but because the feel and atmosphere of the movie don't get me wrong I personally adore the first 6 movies in the franchise and from there it takes a bit if a nosedive for me. I have a franchise ranking video aswell check it out if your interested
I've said in the past and I'll say it to you there's nothing wrong with that!!! We all have different tastes and I hope you stick around I was brought up on the original Halloween and it's my favorite film of all time. I remember as a 15 year old being absolutely positively pumped for RZH I snuck in the thearter day 1!!! But his films just never have clicked for me is all
Loved the collection!! I would say, add the "Sometimes they come back" franchise from Stephen King. Great nostalgia and amazing classic actors (the second installment "Sometimes they come back... again" features Alexis Arquette and Hillary Swank) good shit. Found alot of inspiration from your collection too though! thank you for the upload.
@B0DYH0USE wow thanks alot and I really appreciate it my life has been extremely hectic and stressful basically since I launched my small little horror channel I haven't had time to dedicate to videos and I'm hoping soon I'll be back for some more fun I'm just a passionate horror fan haha
Thanks alot!!!! I acually did one a few months back to launch my little channel I was just so shocked with the amount of feedback and support I decided to do a new updated version seeing that I'm constantly working on all my physical media and get new movies all the time
1:29 When you brought out the blu-ray for the remake, I saw the picture of Pamela on top and I laughed because I pictured like she was screaming at you to put it back and never talk about it ever again. 😂
Terrific adds to your already great collection! Know its hard to find especially things made in the 70s or 80s but keep it up and look forward to seeing what you find the future!
@Trickfly alot of people have asked me that I personally really just like it mixed up. As long as franchise movies are together, I like the rest all mixed around 🤷♂️
@Unleashed-Horror thanks very much I'm very much wanting to get back at it, but my life has been extremely busy, and works been stressful as ever really hindering any time I have to make fun videos I'm thinking by fall I should be back at it it's been a crazy few months
@das-apfel it's alot more affordable than you might think I can't tell you how many movies any movies I get for .50 cents or fill a bag for $10 look into flea markets in telling you!!!
I haven't seen Frailty in years I remember that being interesting 🤔 I have never seen that wolfman movie I'm gonna have to check it out. I'm always on the hunt and I'll have to keep an eye out!!!
There were 2 Zodiac movies that came out in the 2000's. One from 2007 with Jake Gyllenhaal, and the other from 2005 with Rory Culkin. It can be a little confusing with two movies of the same title released around the same time. It's sort of like Twister and Night of the Twisters. Both from 1996.
@afnanuddinahmed7501 that I do not ive never been into video games I'm just a horror maniac I have huge collection of other movies and TV shows aswell my goal is to eventually have enough so I can cancel all streaming and save money monthly haha it adds up!!!
"Seeing that man right there, roundhouse kick Michael Myers through that fucking window makes me sick to my stomach everyday I think about it" had me dead lmao agreed tho lol
@chrisnewera2079 I'm a lifelong Halloween Resurrection hater since the day I walked out of the theater as a little 10 year old boy with this pale blank emotion driven face with the most red eyes satins eyes hahahaha
@@live2fishrourke35 LMAO!!! damn it lol I agree. I love the Halloween franchise but I do remember thinking what the hell did I just watch after Resurrection! #Cheers!
The subtitles are one of the funny things about the Friday the 13th series. Part 4 was called "The Final Chapter" but then they made 8 more sequels. "Jason takes Manhattan" doesn't agree with the story because he doesn't take Manhattan. But I like the theme song from part 8, The Darkest Side of the Night. Sometimes I watch the video on RU-vid.
Damn right dude!!!! I hope you enjoy im a small channel a horror fan just looking to have fun I have a busy stressful job so halloween and michael calm me down hahahaha
Enjoyed that well done. new subscriber. Good collection. may I recommend 'Deadline' with Stephen Young from 1980. Its on youtube. Seen it umpteen times leaves you exhausted. Bug with Michael shannon will leave you open mouthed for hours.
I think if they cut down on some of the slower scenes like some of the walking scenes in the beginning that go on for a long time I feel like the first Friday the 13th would be more loved. Personally I always enjoyed the movie tho
I'm just super old school my older borghet groomed me to be so I really appreciate that 1st film watch my ranking you will see I love some and hate some haha 😄
Thank you for saying what you said about H5, that is my LEAST favorite of the franchise other than Ends and the 2 R.Z. remakes. Also, since we’re all cordial here and can respect each other’s opinions on movies and give our own. In my opinion, 30 Days of Night is the GREATEST vampire movie of all time. Also, I like Freddy’s Dead. The You’re Fucked written on the map, is great! Also, the kill where Freddy sushes the guy with the hearing aid, is CLASSIC in my opinion. Although, I do have a few questions. What is your sorting system? (It confuses me) Have you ever thought of upgrading your DVD’s to Blu-Ray? (Scream Factory put out A LOT of your J.C. DVD collection) Also, why do you not have any 4K’s? Also, a recommendation, It Follows. To me, it’s the greatest love letter ever written to John Carpenter’s Halloween.
I personally don't have a organization system I like things all over and mixed. And i don't feel a need for 4k I find it overrated and a waste of money I'd rather watch a movie like the exorcist on my vhs tape rather then 4k and watch it the was it was intended not fancy and upgraded but thats just me I'm fine with dvd and blu rays. And that's right we're all mature and can like whatever we want amd that's important hahaha and I have it follow!!
I guess not. I don't remember that one too much. I believe that was from the mid-90s? I am still adding little by little, though I'm gonna have to keep an eye out
This movie scared the f*** out of me I was young at the time a guy getting his finger cut off it's called Warlock I haven't seen the whole thing I don't know what it would be like the sequels to the movie I don't know if you'll be interested or not now I'm older I should give it another go the main actor in this movie passed away last year
@jonathanalbertlopez well the original evil dead trilogy is my cup of tea and I personally enjoy the original Spiderman movies the most. I'm not a huge comic book person just like my classic batman and superman kinda stuff.
Thanks I did add a few new films and am still hunting for more movies in general by the end of 2024 my wife and I plan to have enough movies to cut back on streaming and save a few bucks 😄
@newmonkeyforever6391 I'm telling you your best bet for good deals is flea markets and used video game stores. You can find rare and unusual movies at flea markets and the seller has no idea there selling me a $10 flick for .50 cents!
I thought I was alone about Jenna Ortega! Nice collection! My in-laws got me that Nightmare on Elm Street set for Christmas way back when, I started to watch them, and the disk was missing!😂
