Tommyknockers, Frank. We were always facing problems (to say the least) with these little green miners. I must say you were wise to leave. (FYI, I was the last Fire Assayer for the Victorine Mine (Horton Mine)). These Tommyknockers were not fun. They would visit me in my lab knocking on anything, which immediately I would leave the building for fear of the mountain crashing down on me, only to see a rock rolling down onto my lab. I would cuss them when I reached for a crucible (or whatever) and it would mysteriously be across the room. (see my comment in the discussion of your video of the Victorine Mine). Many times I saw them and our miner's were invariably in contact with them in the mine. It was actually funny to see these rough and tough tramp miners running out of the mine with their faces, blackened with graphite dust, ashen from fear. Frank, don't go back in there, I warn you. I know first hand. Rene (PS I carefully tried to listen to your video for knocking...did you hear anything? Also, were there moths or bugs flying around? Check out the video at 2:37). 100% sir, have u seen his other vids? going by himself into a mine in a mountain in a ravine at night during a thunderstorms, hears literal chanting in the mines "oh probably a bird"
@@jimmyjam2540 There's an other video of this guy in which you can clearly hear whispers like "Turn it off", "Get out". The video is called "Creepy Sounds Captured in an Abandoned Mine While Reviewing the ThruNite TN12 Flashlight". Look it up. That one is even scarier than this one. (The comment section is fking funnier lmao).
“Not sure what’s making that chain swing. Anyway, that’s the review for the ThruNite TN12 flashlight. I’d keep going, but there’s just too much water in here.”
Anyone who says a man named Jesus did not exist and is a myth is an ignorant fool because there is historical evidence that a man named Jesus did exist. The question of whether he was the son of God can be debated between intelligent people. Personally I think he was.
+The Division Daily Review, Comparisons, and MORE! My inner Dovahkiin would have me walk in like I'm going to explore a forgotten, mysterious mine, then my mind will have me nope out.
Chains: swing, Frank: “it’s pretty wet and muddy I’m gonna get out of here, something’s making that chain swing, but let’s get one last shot of the entrance”
Don’t you need a connection? If not, that’d be like playing a horror game, except you can’t pause it otherwise you’ll lose like 100 or so dollars (or however much drones cost)
I just came from the video of the guy going in a mine during a thunderstorm to show how good the flash light worked and he captures what sounds like a lot of people whispering. I got chills. And the. Obviously had to click on this one to enhance my anxiety. 😂😂
Let's be realistic here. The chain swinging could've been caused by a bat, owl or some other kind of bird/animal that was sitting on the chain and flew away when the light was flashed towards it. And the negative/spooky feeling the camera man was experiencing could just be due to the place itself. He's in an abandoned mine tunnel which is at least believed to be haunted, its getting dark outside so whether there was a ghost presence or not, you would obviously start feeling uneasy just due to the surroundings.
He says at the beginning that he saw footprints in the mud. I think somebody else was farther down in the mine and saw him coming in. That person swung the chain as a warning not to come further, or just get out.
Okay, if it was a bat, then why no audio being picked up from the animal rattling the chain or its wings flapping. Even if he didn't catch or see the animal in time, there should still be some sort of noise or echo, at least I think so.
@@GTXTi-db5xu lol yes if it was in a horror movie, the explorer would have said," who's there??? Hello can anybody hear me?" Still going in Voice comes," im a demon and I'm going to possess you." Explorer: am plz don't do that...still going in
Dude you have big balls to go into places like that. My mind gets me caught up with stuff I see in movies in my dark living room and your out here just chilling in a mine. Straight gangster
You almost get the romantic notion that the spirits of the old miners are actively trying to scare people off so they don't get hurt or killed by the very real hazards of an abandoned mine.
The California Garage same here man, but for some stupid reason when I get a vibe similar to the one in the video I suddenly feel attracted to it and I can't stop myself from exploring further
Imagine they stopped swinging, then just all from the back coming forward started being pushed almost towards you to like something invisible was bumping into them as it sprints towards where your standing
You know, I'm the kind of person who is very skeptical about everything... But that chain... I just... Don't know. It was a non-stopping swing, it wasn't slowing down.
And others started moving on their own, while he was filming them! I've been following Frank for a long time now and he has no reason to fake this. Hell, he enjoys documenting mines not scaring people with two-bit special effects. If you think thats crazy, search his main page for ""Horten Mine Follow-uo"" As he is leaving it sounds like a lady starts talking over a PA/Intercom type thing. I thought that was pretty neat tbh.
I'm no physicist, but it looked like a pendulum effect. Since there were prior footsteps, someone could've gotten that thing to swing and it could go on for a long while considering it was a fair depth into the mine which should have little air resistance. It was already swinging when it came into view on the video, so that's a possibility. I'd freak the fuck out if it were stationary then started swinging all over the place.
Kyla, three more do start moving, starting with the one closest to the original, then the next, etc, in order from the original toward where he is standing... i think i explained that correctly. anyways, if it wasn't for growing up in a haunted house, i'd probably be skeptical just like everyone else. i've found, that for some, its easier to not believe and be comfortable with how society views life and death; or the others that sorta believe but won't admit it because it opens up doors that can't be closed again. regardless, this is one of the few videos i've come across that doesn't seem faked. Frank explores mines, mining camps, mining things, etc. He doesn't "go ghost hunting." Out of all his videos, only two does he make a serious mention of "feeling creepy" and both are in the same tunnel. Not the whole mine, just 300' length of tunnel.
Yea, that was funny. "Oh, yea, a light breeze has entered..."... *realize it's the one to the right violently leaping back and forth full steam!* Lmaoo.
