I've been cutting my own hair for more than half my life and giving myself a fade in the hair and in the beard has never failed me
@VladislavBabbitt
@VladislavBabbitt 9 часов назад
By cutting it yourself, do you do this frequently and only take a little bit off each time, or do you go from long hair to short?
@drip369
@drip369 9 часов назад
@@VladislavBabbitt Honestly it depends on the season. During the fall I prefer to let the top grow much much longer so I can oil it off to one side while still doing a layered fade but in the summertime I like to do more of a sloped fade while keeping the top at only 5 mm. In the winter time I might do a very very short crew cut or just keep it buzzed because I'm wearing a beanie anyways but it still has some sort of style for when I go out or have someone over. I missed one part of your question, yes, I do maintain it on a biweekly schedule but in the winter when I grow my beard longer I try to maintain it every 3 to 4 days

I trimmed my hair to a buzz cut as I was sick of all hairstyles. During the beginning of the lockdown, I had done the same and until everything opened again which was after more than a year I grew out my hair long (man bun length) I would only tie my hair into a bun only while working out or playing an sport but I would keep them open most of the time. It was winter time so it felt great to have long hair. As I have thick and wavy hair I didn't have to do much to style them. I got a shit ton of compliments from random people of both genders. Sadly I had to get rid of them for few college interviews. Since then I have never been satisfied with any of my hair styles. Until the last month when I decided to evenly trim my own hair at home in order to grow them out long again. Ngl long hair felt like a super power to me and it made me feel Hella confident. So yes I'm really excited to experience this journey again even tho it's gonna take a long time. Now I agree most of the people of both genders don't really like or prefer long hair but it worked well for me and it did fetch me a lot of compliments so I'm going for it again. Is that enough of a reason to not care about anyone's opinions and grow my hair out again?

I was blessed with thick, soft, and healthy hair (Asian genetics), and for the past year, I've been rocking a hybrid between Old Money and Korean middle and 3/4 part (depending on my mood. My hair is perfect for all 3 styles). I used to always run with a hard part with a natural fade, which also worked fairly well. But the Old Money/Korean hairstyle has been a God-send for me. I don't think I'll ever change from these styles. I already have a pretty boy baby face, and these hairstyles just further accentuates it.

I'm almost 70 and not really sparse like my mom's dad, which is my normal hair progression, and it's because I use coconut oil on my head. I love the pomade I'm using because it's organic and has coconut oil in it so it sits on my head until I put more on, after washing. What I'd like to do is degrease the appearance which doesn't seem to fade until day four. You might do a video on how a guy can degrease his hair after pomade

Pompadour undercut? like Brad Pitt in Fury or josh Brolin in in Deadpool 2? i like it so much that I've been rocking some variation of it since 2018. I have cut my own hair for a long time and its not perfect and I make mistakes, I now cut my hair with a fade with a razor and clippers with no attachment on the sides and back every 3 days. As a man going thin on top I don't have a lot of choice in the matter. My main dilemmas are how short to shave it, how often and is it worth paying someone to do it for me, or should I just do it myself, and if so, how do I do the back bit when I can't see behind me? lol. I will admit, I sometimes still feel like an incel despite having a girlfriend, well ex girlfriend now, mainly due to not having had one until late in life, probably because I feel that my 20s were a waste, didn't have a serious relationship until the beginning of my 30s. It causes me to envy and resent couples out there younger than me, people who got to experience having a serious long-term relationship before I did and yes I know people will always say comparison is the thief of joy or don't compare yourself to others. But I believe it's always has been and always will be part of the human psyche, been that way since the beginning of time to feel upset and depressed when you feel you are not part of the norm. Because of that I feel like a forever permanent incel for all time, even when I did manage to get a girlfriend. So yeah even while I did have a girlfriend, I still felt like an incel. I don't see myself ever getting over this, it will be a pain and wound for the rest of my life. And I'm not afraid to admit that there have been times over the years I have hated being born male, because I know I'm not the only guy in the world that has this mindset, that men have to do everything in dating and relationships and seduction. Yes I know tons of people say what's the point of being angry and depressed over what didn't happen in the past or not? Well I'm entitled and I have a right to my mindset, I believe it's always been part of human nature or just the human psyche to always be sad and depressed or angry and resentful over good things that they wish happened to them in the past but didn't. I know I'm not afraid to admit I have had these thoughts, and I'm sure other guys have thought this way, we feel that if we had been born a woman, we would not have been single that long. Probably because women just have to exist and they are guaranteed attention and options from Men, that requires no skill or no social dynamics, no game or no seduction. I get very annoyed and irritated whenever people and society say that women have to learn skills in order to meet men or attract men. because the way it looks like, guys, men, need to know or learn all of these social skills or social behaviors, talk and behave a certain way, have certain social behaviors, have certain talking and communication ability, have a certain lifestyle, because initiating interaction or approaching, leading, getting her attracted to you during the conversation or interaction, flirting, teasing, creating sexual tension, passing her shit tests, leading and taking the lead, leading the courtship, asking her out, planning and setting up the dates, is all social behavior based or social skills based, behavioral aspect based. Along with have a certain lifestyle as well, because men have the burden of building or sparking the attraction, it's like, a woman doesn't need to know how to attract a guy. One guy pissed me off even more, when he said that guys, men, have to learn how to talk and act, behave a certain way, in order to get a job, make a living, get good social ranking in society, not just to get with women, expecting to not have to put effort into anything and get rewarded is just pure delusion. Yeah, and women get rewarded without putting effort into anything, so its like, women get rewards for simply just existing, but men don't. Women have never had to put effort into anything when it comes to attracting a mate or forming a relationship with the other sex. Yes I know people will say don't compare yourself to others and don't worry about what other people don't have to do and I don't disagree with that, but I just get angry and annoyed whenever people say that women have to learn as well when the man is basically making everything happen for them so because of that I don't see how women have to learn anything about dating or courtship, attraction, because women basically are just passengers in the whole dating and courtship process, so I don't see how that requires any learning or training or practice on their end One person I remember I heard said that women need game as well which I thought was the stupidest thing I ever heard. So ya I still feel like an incel for all time despite managing to get a girlfriend eventually, and I still get irritated and annoyed whenever people and society say that men have it better than women do in the human mating game. I get annoyed when people say go see a therapist because it's not like a therapist can reset my life or have me start my life all over again. I spoke in a few other guys who feel the same way in regards to being forever angry and upset, sad, over never having had a girlfriend until later than normal, until late in life. Probably because guys and men to learn and know all of these skills, all of these social behaviors, talk and behave a certain way, act a certain way, walk a certain way or have a certain lifestyle, have a certain body, certain income, and more than that which I either don't know or forgot. Women are pretty much basically all set for just being born and just existing. Because being pretty and beautiful is not a skill and it doesn't require any learning, it's not a behavior that takes training. It just really feels me with anger and rage whenever people and Society have the mindset or still think men have it better than women do in dating or just human mating in general. I'll never forget what one guy said and this only added fuel to fire in regards to my anger and rage about the cards on dealt with for being born male. "Boo fucking hoo. We also don't have to go through child birth and we're strong as fuck. Testosterone gives us ambition + mental and physical strength that MANY (not all) women are lacking. Being a man has many benefits and with great power comes great responsibility. Stop crying about it and get your fucking shit together" Let's just say that pissed me off even further, got me so mad and angry, enraged, that its not appropriate for me to say what was going through my mind when i read that comment that pissed me off even further. Yes I know there's no such thing as fairness but I'm not afraid to admit that over the years in my life I've hated being born a guy or I just feel that it is unfair being born a man. Yes I'm aware there's no such thing as fairness, I just get very angry and enraged whenever people and Society still think men have it better than women do. I know I'm not alone in thinking this way in which I have the mindset in which I feel that if I was born a woman I would not have been alone or single that long. I like to think this way and I know that a lot of people agree with this and that is being born a woman basically guarantees you will always have options because you are on the receiving end of sexual attention just for being born a woman because it's often said that women are in abundance by default but men are in scarcity by default because for all time women are the ones that get pursued and hit on or sought after or get advances made on them and when you are in that position. Because of that proof of evidence women always have options and choices, even men who are handsome and good-looking will normally never have women throwing themselves at them. But yeah the fact that people in society say that women have to learn skills or learn behaviors in order to get men is mind-boggling and stupid when women don't have to do anything in the courtship phase or seduction phase. Yes I'm completely aware of people will say don't worry about what others don't have to do or don't compare yourself to others, I don't disagree with that, because at the end of the day it's better to be solution oriented. But it's still annoys me, that there is even advice for women. I'll always be angry and bitter and resentful that I didn't have a girlfriend until later than normal, I get even more angry and pissed off that I should just enjoy the fruits of my labor because that's another reminder that men are the ones that have to do the labor or just do all the work or effort in order to make a relationship happen or be formed but women can literally just sit back and relax and let the man take care of everything, women didn't have to do any effort or effort in order to make the relationship happen only the man did. So yeah it's like women simply just exist and get rewards for doing nothing but not true if you're a guy. Yet people still think men have it better than women do in dating.

Thank you to Mrs Ryan for these videos helping Men and Women. I'm just glad I still have my long black hair in my 20's because I only use hair grease and shampoo on it. It's why I'm cool being a 24 year old Christian virgin working as a special education teacher and clinical mental health counselor. This has nothing to do with the video but please listen if you want to otherwise leave it alone and ignore it. Hello my name is Justin and I'm a Christian and Apologist but I'm also a college graduate. I'm not a closed minded Theist as I have nothing against Atheists or unbelievers as I speak to them often to understand their reasons for unbelief but we as Christians are convinced of God's Existence due to many real factors). I'm not trying to convert anyone or convince anyone to become Christians as that's The Holy Spirit's job to help people believe but only explain why I believe in Jesus Christ. There's actually evidence of God's Existence in Christianity. First of all there's proof that Jesus of Nazareth existed in history since the writings of Tacitus, Josephus Flavius, Pliny the younger and other historical documents prove that He was living two thousand years ago that even scholars both religious and Atheists agree with historically speaking but not that He's The Divine Son of God because obviously they don't. I'm going to give you historical and archeological evidence for God's Existence as The Scriptures have prophecies that predate the events recorded in them by several millennia including Matthew, Hosea and Zechariah which prophesy accurately of the people of Israel becoming a nation again after over 1900 years of being scattered around the nations since the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem in 70 A.D. spoken of by Christ in Matthew 23:29-24:3 and returning to their homeland after The Holocaust with Jerusalem as their capital in 1948 exactly as Jesus The Christ said. The prophets including Daniel spoke of the time where several world empires would arise and fall including the Babylonian kingdom, Medes and Persians, Roman Empire, and Saladin and the Muslims which went in consecutive order for the past few millennia. The people of Israel becoming a nation after The Holocaust in 1948 (ironically the melting point of gold as God compares Israel to gold that's tested in fire in Zechariah 13:8 and Jeremiah 16:15) exactly how Jesus The Christ said would happen since God us everything to come in The Scriptures and not just because people were working towards as Atheists claim which are impossible for any regular man to predict. Just before anyone says Christianity is a white man's religion made to oppress blacks during slavery you obviously aren't aware that the first Christians were Jews in The Middle East and that Christianity just like any religion can be used by evil and corrupt people to oppress others but you forget that the first Abolitionists/Civil Rights activists were Christians who sought to abolish slavery, racism, segregation, injustice and prejudice throughout American history. Jesus The Christ loves you enough not to give you what we all deserve which is God's Wrath by His Own Blood. Charles Darwin didn't originally come up with The Theory of Evolution over 200 years ago as it is mentioned in the writings of Ancient Greeks who believed in Demons that gave knowledge to philosophers. Evolution makes no sense when nothing has evolved after thousands of years of human history and supposedly the first creature came from primordial sludge several millions of years ago funny how they won't believe that God an Eternal Almighty Spirit Being created us from the Earth) which came from a supermassive expansion of matter at high temperature that inexplicably created everything in the known universe that supposedly came from nothing billions of years ago. How did the organs evolve before there were bones, skin, substance and how did any creatures see before eyes evolved? I've studied evolution and abiogenesis in the past and read Darwin's " Origin of The Species" and I'm not convinced of macro Evolutionary biology whereas I accept micro Evolution like speciation and adaptation but not macro Evolution because there's no evidence of it nor clear observable examples of it where living creatures evolve into other kinds of species plus the fact that fossils don't show evidence of evolution and genetic entropy rules out evolution. The question begs how did two genders evolve from a common ancestor with a perfectly hospitable and sustainable environment with breathable oxygen and resources to survive on inexplicably? Atheists have the burden of proof to explain how everything came to be and why our existence is possible without the Existence of God from an godless perspective just as Christians have to provide evidence of God's Existence and the validity of His Word. Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. Mark Ridley an Evolutionist said "No evolutionist whether gradualist or punctuationist uses the fossil record as evidence in favor of The Theory of Darwinian Evolution as opposed to special Creation". God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus. I don't mean this is any condescending manner but if you'd like to discuss The Scriptures with me or have me listen to your view on anything my instagram account is Savage Christian Kombatant

If you are well trained, have full hair and a pretty face, you can rock everything. Dont let your hair/sides grow when you have a receding hairline. If you go for that old money look, that takes a lot of time to make it look casual and you need to wear clothes in old money style.

What do you think of Austin Butler's hair in "The Bikeriders". If the movie takes off, I think that hairstyle does, too. I think those navy shirts with the white piping from that movie hit store shelfs too. As for your hair..... I'm a fan of long straight hair so I won't know what to do!

I am a man and I have long long hair, I'll never cut it short! I have put up with pressure to cut it over the years. I guess it's a thing where long hair on a guy is either tolerated or hated, I don't really care though

I know you don't care for it but for the last 37 years I have rocked a flat top. When I worked it made having a helmet on a lot easier../t it still says a lot about who I am.

I really like the "Old Money" or "Ivy League" haircut despite the pretentious name. Not something that I'd personally rock since I've got coarse hair and prefer keeping it as short as possible without having to use any product, but it's a timeless classic for those who can pull it off. It exudes a certain air of sophistication when matched with the corresponding attire.

It's easier than you think. The truth is that men who are lucky enough to have hair are restricted by the bounds of propriety to perhaps only a single haircut. Men are not free, as women are, to experiment with various lengths, tints, and styles. Consider, for example, the actor at 6:40 who is small man and needs to look pretty to compensate for his childish frame; or the guy at 8:20 who would look like a yob with a buzz cut and whose masculine features would look ridiculous with longer hair. Find a cut that fits your personality, face, and hair type, and stick with it.
