It seems like your dad is just filling the void of missing your mom. Spend as much time with him as you can. He is not getting any younger. Cheers to your dad!
That's crazy. I remember this house. Your mom gave me my first job I helped her cut grass so I was able to play paintball. Rest in peace Terry. You are awesome!
Your dads house is SO COOL ! The man has everything ! And he is living his best life, what more could a son or daughter want for their dad ? Especially since his life’s partner has moved forward to prepare their place in eternity for them.. I love it !!! Your dads an awesome man. You and your gorgeous sister are very lucky to have him 😊
Awesome! I love Dragonmans Home! As a fellow collector & old school dude myself. Love it all, The Guns! The old 50' models. All the Coca-Cola stuff. Very impressive! I could spend weeks there checking out all the collector's best!
I get it in some ways with your dad, losing your spouse early in order to fill up your day you start some crazy hobbies or they just take over you. That first year after my wife passed I built so many different AR's just to keep my mind off of the grief. Too bad the TV show ever did happen it would have been epic indeed.
Love this video thank you for sharing!! Also, your mom did a great job raising you and your sister. I am very sorry for your loss. I lost my mom to cancer when was a teenager and miss her every day. Your dad is so proud and optimistic to share his world too and I love that American pride he has. Enjoy every moment. He is someone I could talk tor days about all the cool things he has collected!! :).
As a man, I can understand why your dad has done what he has to basically completely remodel your childhood home from what it used to be. It’s (in my view) been his way of coping with the loss of your mom and it’s helped to keep him busy in his retirement years. He seems to be in great spirits and that is a wonderful sight to see for someone his age.
Such an awesome family, and what you guys have built is truly astonishing. 🤟 Really glad that I moved to the Springs a couple years ago and was able to fully experience Dragonmans museum and full auto range.
I knew your dad was from New York I could tell from the accent I was born on long Island! My shop is decorated like you dad's house! So cool thanks for sharing!
Met your mom and pops at the range when I first moved here to the Springs in 2011. Good people. Hope to see you, your sis and pops when I take my 2 daughters to the range soon because you guys remind me of us.
I was expecting a race car bed in your dads room. The funny thing is I didn’t notice most of the guns in his room, I was looking at the stuff on the wall😂
Ava. I love it. That is a beautiful name. Your dad is one man i hope to get to meet one day. I love collecting and I love more looking at others collection's. I could listen to yhat man all the time. Your mom must have been a very beautiful woman. Im 39 and I dont mean nothing by that comment. I hope you and dad have a very blessed Christmas
I love that table looks like it’s set from a 1950’s diner.. I’d love to sit down and eat a cheeseburger at it with an ice fountain coke and fantasize I’m in the 50’s lol
She has seen that house 1000 times just like it is. Fun to see again anyway. I have never seen a man with so much energy. Besides the museum, harley repair, gun shop, gun range, real hot rods, model hot rods collecting everything from vintage gas pumps to 50's malt shop furniture and so much more. Anyway, see what a man can do when he puts his mind to it. The whole compound is beyond just super impressive.
If only I still had my pompadour, 😢 Oh well, I still have a lot of my cd’s, vinyl and some old Chucks from my HS and college days. Still have some tix stubs, posters, shirts etc… Freaking awesome place.
Okay, I’m in love. I bet your father doesn’t have KNIL-KST commando gear yet from WW2. Happy to bring that in the family when I marry this beautiful loving lady😊
What was it like growing up in the house of such a man? must have been an amazing child hood. Full of wonderful history and one of a kind experience. I'll be sure to watch your other videos 😊
