Wow- why is this show SO good? It’s actually unbelievable at times. The depth we got for Rhaenyra and Alicent and their emotional states after the events of last season is unparalleled. I loved the kindness that Alicent showed, but the raw despair that Rhaenyra portrayed was something else. Two of the best actors around right now, imo.
This show is able to make our jaws drop to the floor better than any other, and this episode was no exception. We can't believe everything that Daemon did and are so worried for what this means next! War has been on the horizon for so long, we don't even see how the show could continue without war beginning the very next episode. Thrilling, don't get us wrong, but terrifying nonetheless.
