BUT i fell IN LOVE with a house awhile back while looking online and i could not stop thinking about this house for about a month SOOOOO i went to the open house and the house was EXTREMELY disappointing. Real estate is generally the quickest investment. Especially in California . A good idea would be to buy something in a lower price range and just know that’s not your forever home but it’ll get you to your forever home!!. Make it your 2-5 year home!. Stepping stones!. :)

My first daughter did that when she was about 10 months old. Whenever I would play the song "My Escape" by Ravenscode. Moment I stopped it she was fine but AS SOON as the song began she would freak! It lasted for about 2 years!

Oh my gosh organic, not worth the outrageous price. I am glad y'all can afford it though. Texas is cheap as far housing, but food is more expensive there. Buying in Ca is not worth the price.

I love how Emma loves the camera...LOL😂 Big houses don’t turn me on so much. We have a 1953 ranch that I looove that we updated over the years. It was originally 1500 square foot. We did add on when our kids got bigger. But we only added another 1000 feet. That’s really all we needed so we didn’t feel cramped. We do have a huge yard but then we live in Omaha, Nebraska! You get more bang for your buck here, but you guys wouldn’t like the winters here...LOL😂 I love my little mansion👍🏼

I am 17 and I look at houses.. I don't know why but I love it.. I even look at places in the US, because there are such beautiful places. I do feel like the American sites for house buying are quite complicated compared to our Dutch one (which is funda.nl)

I am constantly looking at houses on Zillow, realtor and trulia. Even at work on slow days I just look at them and imagine what it would be like to live in them. I honestly think it's a good thing because you can see things and say yes I like this or no I dont want this and make a list of those for your ideal place. I didn't realize what kind of floor plan or how many rooms I wanted until I saw certain places and knew that I wanted my place like them

Lol, my husband and I bought our dream home about a year ago in Colorado, and I still check out Zillow! I'm fascinated with how people stage their homes, and I also like getting landscaping/decorating ideas from looking.

I did the same thing...lol I would find homes that I'd fall in love with and yes it motivates me and three years ago I finally was able to buy the home of my dreams and I couldn't be happier. Yes!!!! My firstborn daughter used to FREAK OUT when I’d play one certain song. You’d think someone was hurting her with the way she’d would cry. Also, I took my last final for this semester, yesterday. Thank you Jesus!! I am now going to enjoy the little break between until my summer courses start. Emma is such a doll!!

The pain you're feeling might just be a bone spur. It's totally normal! I had a wisdom tooth taken out back in February and I still have the spur in my gum. It was way up high in my gum so that's why it's taking so long to fall out.

Emma crying for a certain song could be due to drum noise or something. My son has always been a super sensitive baby. He cried the whole time anyone was cheering at my husbands graduation. He’s almost two now and is scared of dark windows and still scared of cheering people and the itsy bitsy spider video 😂. I’m sure they’ll outgrow it. Maybe intentionally play the song and cuddle her while you play and eventually she won’t be so scared.

Shouldn’t your first home be basic though! Where you can put some tlc in it and then sell it and get a better house that may need just a new paint of coat then you buy another house ect. Those prices you were showing. Is what houses are for in Sydney Australia but they don’t have a backyard. I need 100k AUD for a deposit to get a loan from the bank. I only have 10k atm it’s taking forever and renting is a nightmare I pay $580 a week to a rent a 4 bedroom house with no backyard.

When she cries during a song, it means she really likes it and its emotional for her. I think I read that somewhere, it said something like because they can't sing or verbally describe it. He’s deploying July-Jan 😕Believe it or not, we live in RI and our town is the same way with prices! It’s either my million dollar dream, or a little shack (like the one we have). Stinks because we have 4.3 acres and have done so much to the yard, but our house is only 800 sq ft and we’ll hopefully be having our second baby soon (embryo transfer is Monday!), so we need more room. The toys alone need 800sq ft 😂

Hi Justin! I’m a 4th generation classical singer, and when I was little my mom would play me a lot of music by a composer named Dvorak, and his New World symphony would always make me cry. I wasn’t crying because I didn’t like it, I was crying because it was moving to me, and when you’re a baby, you can’t express that any other way. I would also cry when my grandmother sang me Rockabye Baby... 😂 but yeah it doesn’t mean that she hates it it just means she’s moved. If it’s a part of the song that’s particularly loud it could also be hurting her ears.

Ugh!!! I hope you don’t get dry socket! I ended up getting it even did everything I was suppose to! I was on my second week and noticed that I still had pain. I would take medicine and it would only last for 3 hours then I would get throbbing pain.

We just bought a townhome in North County San Diego just off the 78, so I know about our ridiculous home prices. Total spur of the moment. Not ready at all. The beautiful thing is that because it's new construction, so we don't close escrow until October 11th. Plenty of time to save. The crazy thing is that we looked at stand-alone single family homes in the same price range, and they were a HOT mess. We would have had to sink another $150K into it at least putting it up in the mid $700K to $800K range. INSANE! In our new home we have solar, new everything, all the appliances are included, and it's all controlled by Alexa. Nuts. Less than $600K.

Oh my God! When I watched The Greastest Showman with my daughter, she was 19 months and she got SO emotional in the first song. I can't remember the name of it but it goes "a million dreams are keeping me awake". I play the movie again and sure enough she got emotional again.

There's a song on sesame street that Elmo sings called "Elmo didn't mean to" and my son would always get really sad and cry at the end of the song with a little pouty lip when he was 6 or 7 months old. Was really cute and sad.

My son was terrified of a song on the movie Elmo in grouch land. The one that the plants sing it’s called Take the first step. He would cry so hard when it would come on. I had to fast forward that every time.

I have two weeks left of college. (Well this semester anyway) No last tests. But huge essays due the week before our final and the one is eight pages long. 🤦🏼‍♀️ That is the most beautiful house and backyard I've ever seen! 😍

My daughter used to do that with the theme song to a children’s cartoon, she would love the cartoon, but without fail would get upset and cry when she heard the ending theme song .. much love 💗

My friends daughter is super sensitive and emotional. She’s 3 now but every since she was around 1 if a sad song came on or an emotional one, she burst out in tears! Now, when we’re listening to the radio in the car, we try to pay attention to what’s about to play. Otherwise, we have a sobbing 3 year old! Maybe she’s just going to be sensitive to other people and their feelings. She’s a doll.

When my daughter was like 18 months, she would cry any time the ASPCA commercial played. Whenever she heard the song on tv or the radio she would cry and say "dogs". She's 12 now and that song still makes her cry.

Go visit Texas in the summer.... humidity is REAL!!!! I’m a Cali girl and I was shocked when I went to Texas last summer in a girls trip. There are plenty of cities in California that are not as expensive as the area you are in now... so many options.

My HSG didn’t hurt... it was more so the speculum that made it uncomfortable and the fact I needed something under my lower back to help alleviate the discomfort. It made a difference having an angle like that.

Moving out of Cali would be expensive but think of it as a long term investment since you’d be able to make that money back by buying a nice affordable house versus staying in Cali and having to buy a nice but super expensive house

Curious as to why you have to have a second HSG? My dr told me that once I have the first there would be no need for the second. I know every clinic is different, just curious as to what the reasoning is for your clinic ?

My professors decided to combine the last test with the final! So the final was like 2 chapters we haven’t tested on & all the other chapters we’ve already tested on! I liked how they did it better. Tomorrow is my last final then I’m out for the summer 🤩

HSG = Hysterosalpiogram I have heard it super painful, but I didnt have any real pain (which I am fortunate for) just minor cramping and minimal spotting

She is such a sweetheart!!!♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ My oldest son will be graduating from high school at the end of May, and i have so many mixed emotions about it. I'm so very proud of him, and the young man that he's become, but my heart also breaks since his daddy won't see him walk across the stage. (My husband took his own life on December 4, 2015, which was our 23rd anniversary.) My youngest son will be in high school next year. Enjoy Every moment, since they grow up so fast!! I had all my 4 wisdom teeth out at the same time and after the surgery it would hurt super bad. After time went on it would still feel like i had my wisdom teeth coming out and it would be swollen and in pain. So they told me it was normal and after time i didn’t feel the pain again so it takes time to recover.
