Great stories! The best part that moved the needle in my healing was brain retraining and not fearing mold everywhere.

Everyone of these stories I could relate to in some way. They were painful to hear because of their suffering and mine. Thanks to those that shared. I am happy to be a part of the CIRs group. I am literally all alone in my life. Being sick for most of my 69 years I have lost friends and family. CIRS is a lonely illness. I wish we all lived closer so that we could actually have each others physical company. Virtual relationships are better than no relationships.

We need a CIRS commune to help each other recover in a safe space

I can relate to parts of all these stories. The hard part about not being believed is not that people don't believe I'm ill, it's that people think CIRS is just some weird thing that happens to other people, while they either go chasing after relief for symptoms or just resign themselves to believing it's just "old age." I had one lady who so obviously has CIRS, there is no doubt in my mind, ARGUE with me over just taking the VCS test. Then I found out she sells her own line of supplements for all the symptoms she has.

Thank you to all the people who shared their experiences. I sometimes start to wonder if I'm just making this all up in my head. But I try to do the things that I think I should be able to do, and just end up finding out that it's impossible and then the extended, seemingly impossible, recovery time. I don't know how much longer I'll be stuck living with mold, but it gives me hope to know that when I finally do get out of this mold-infested part of the world, there is a path to recovery. How I look forward to it. How I pray for it. Thank you again, everyone who has shared.

Thank you for doing this💗 I’ve been sickish my whole life, but that was just ‘me’ I didn’t know anything else except I could tell that my friends weren’t weak and winded like I was so I just pushed myself harder all the time. As the years went by, the intensity of my symptoms increased and I continued to pick up more weird symptoms along the way. I’m so thankful that I found you because that’s how I discovered CIRS. I’m now 62 and I hope it’s not too late for recovery. We are currently in the worst of several homes that I’ve lived in, but we are moving off grid in about 6 weeks where I can then begin the binders, here’s hoping 🙏

Reading the story of your early life sounds just like mine. I hope to see more comments regarding your recovery with the protocol as you go. Go, Jayne go! ❤

@@cocoazen Thank you so much! I’m looking forward to having enough energy to join the zoom meetings in the near future. It will be nice to meet my fellow survivors in person (so to speak) 🥰

CIRS is a VICIOUS condition to have. I almost died from it. CSM saved my life, currently trying to battle Marcons. Then hopefully I’ll be ready for VIP.

Thank you so much for this episode! It’s so powerful to hear everyone’s story. I am thankful to be a part of this group. I was not aware of the request I admit I haven’t been as an active participant but as I’m going along my recovery journey I want to be there for others as well. Thank you so much for this group and for everyone that shared their story and their heart I pray for full recoveries for everyone .🙏❤️

I'm having my first shoemaker appointment today. I had a mold exposure 10 years ago I didn't put any of this together until about a year ago. I'm admittedly scared of the short term memory issues. Can you talk about if this rebounds?
@thecirsgroup
@thecirsgroup 7 месяцев назад
I hope your appointment went well! Congrats on getting started on your healing process! We have seen that people can get pretty bad flare-ups while they're in treatment, so being safe while treating is important. But once treatment is completed, patients become more resilient and can handle exposure much better. Always keep some binders on hand to take if you think you've been re-exposed, and work with your practitioner on a plan for post-treatment (maybe you see them annually just to be sure everything is "good"). Let us know how you felt after your first appointment, if you'd like to share!

Some will need anti fungals! Don’t forget!

Are you recovered from CIRS? If so, did you use anti fungals to recover?
