Alain Cuny's so intense! i love it!! i think this is actually a pretty decent version. you've got to give it credit...it was made in the 50's and most movies from this time period were pretty cheesy! But this one's good! don't hate!

It's nice to see an older version - sometimes I think older actors were more into character than nowadays where we have special effects and everything to "make the movie". I still laughed when Esmeralda legged it but the goat was still walking along really boredly, though XD

Look at these awful streets who were once considered sacred echoed by sweet religious songs along the 🐐 goat of Esmeralda that made The Man of science/Witness/Frolo Bamboozled who later ordered the innocence of Noble Quashimodo, who was deprived of his happiness of becoming a momentary king like a child as Frolo who was also deprived of his conscience, to kidnapp Esmeralda who later was saved by An Army man. Armed men have their own charisma towards beautiful women so he took advantage of her but she ran away. The authour by the way got trapped in those streets which were once good but now thieves and beggars took over .. continued

a GYPSY singer would be caught in the street , but by who , and who was the one to be captured ?
