Hi , I've got 3 questions and I hope you can answer... 1- Do I need to finish the main game to start this DLC ? .. 2- Can I start playing this challenge from the beginning of the DLC or I must make some progress ? .. 3- Do I need to own certain skills in the game to start trying My luck for this challenge ?? ... @@dr_kamal I think you can jump right into this right from the start, but I'd recommend playing the game first to get the hang of just playing the game.

Sam Hutton I hated that trophy too. I threw my old controller and yelled FUCK THIS SHIT IM GOING TO NETFLIX I went back a week later and got the trophy lol. This trophy however and test of the ring I am NOT looking forward to. Test of the wild I've tried about 8 times and haven't tried it for about 5 months since then. Im going back into it now. Lol. Wish me luck.

I somehow got the white rider on the first try. I tried to get it first try, but though I was long out of time so I considered it a training run until the achievement popped up. I was like “fuck it, next.”

Problem is he kills everything way to quick to the point where you get no points at all. For example I manage to do some power struggles 8 if I remember and only got credit for 3 because he’s just insta killing everything on the map.

@@footballvillan56 What's even worse is if you use him to do a riot with another chief that has captains with him. zugor blasts the chief and kills him quick. Now one of the captains becomes a chief, so you don't get that chief kill and 1 less captain.

Not impossible, but you do need luck. I can also say, if you find a captain that is a Combat Master, and Immuned to ranged attacks, if there is no Graug bait, or Grog barrels to blow up, I might just bail to not waste 2-3 minutes. You can always use your branded chief later to get that captain.

What server closure? You can still get the achievment to this day

@@TeddyIsHereIRL Shortly after I got this achievement, Monolith Productions (the developer of this game), announced they would be patching this and two other achievements so that they would still be obtainable after the servers went down. That's why they are still obtainable.

+Templin41 I know this is a old video. I just want to make sure I heard you correctly. So say I have 12000 points and all I have left to do is dispatch my branded warchief, will this complete the 13000 objective as you kill warchief or do you have to get to 13000 BEFORE you dispatch warchief? Just worried that when I attempt this soon, I don't want to find out that I only failed because I didn't know which to do first, thanks.

Jacob Davies you only need to get 12000 points before killing your warchief, because as long as you complete it in under 40 minutes you will get a bonus 1000 points that will get you to over 13000

@@dr_kamal Trials of War DLC (or wherever is called in English) takes your main story abilities to use, so even if you start it right away, you better finished the main game to have all the abilities. About save files, I'm not so aware of it since I'm playing this on Xbox One and there you can't make save backups, but the goal in that trials is doing them in a time limit and completing objectives. If you fail, you can restart to try again, so it means you can't miss them if you screw it. Test of the Wild and Test of the Ring are inside the content of Trials of War (or wherever all this are called in English).

i did that one recently and i cant say it was easy. I finished it with like 30 seconds to spare and this might take you a few tries

+Axiomatic I did that one in one try, so I'd say no. Use similar tactics as shown in this video. Prioritize intel for the first 10ish minutes. I completed the Brand 8/8 Captains technique by gaining intel on certain captains, dominating those captains, and then demanding intel on other captains so you can knock out two problems with one move. Don't bother branding warchiefs, as you need to kill 5 of them and you can't dispatch Branded warchiefs with a single button press like you can with Talion. Likewise in this video, bring grougs into strongholds to eat as many captains as possible. Don't worry to much about the Brand 50 Uruks objective. Since there's no minimum score requirement, you can mainly Brand instead of kill, and you'll likely get that objective very easily. Avoid getting in lengthy brawls, though. Again, there is no score requirement, so your priority is solely on the captains/warchiefs, and fighting a ton of Uruks will just waste time. Once you have the locations of all captains, go by locations. Prioritize the areas where many captains and warchiefs are located and kill (or Brand, depending on how many you still need) all of them before moving to the next location. Use elf sprint and Shadow Strike liberally to get around quickly, as you'll be branding so often running out of arrows isn't as pressing an issue. For the warchiefs, whenever possible attack when you have the One Ring charged, especially the warchief that shoots poisoned arrows. With a full bar, you'll likely be able to kill them before the bar runs out, allowing you quickly move on to the next target. With this technique, I finished with about a minute to spare (and that was after making a few mistakes along the way, as I was pretty much winging it the whole time), so this should work well.

Yeah. It's so stressful . You're like 30 minutes in. Have 2 chiefs and 5 captains left. Riot against a chief , get a graug, and then 2 of his captains have fear of graugs and fear of the gravewalker, bolt around a corner and escape. I yell a loud growling f***, and my wife runs out asking what's wrong. :)

yes if you get intel quick on chiefs, you can see how many bodyguards/captains they have. You can load them up.

Thought I was set . Time was really good . Started riots vs 2 chiefs that always have captains. No graug bait both times in places there are usually graug baits hanging.

Does sending death threats also give the Intel? Or are you talking about using random orcs to send death threats to all the captains?

@@bradcox1550 They give the location but not weaknesses. But you'll be eating them anyway, so it's not much of a difference. Also you will still need Intel for the Warcheifs. I probably should have mentioned that.
