Hello ladies! Body movement is such a missing piece in the Western culture in terms of healing trauma and releasing trapped emotions. We ought to get back to moving our bodies, creating art, have fun exploring, and being present in the here and now. Without bypassing the need to work on in integrating mind, body, and spirit. I no longer subscribe in the thinking how to be creative. Because. At the core. I am already creative. We all are creatively unique. “Creativity is not a talent. It is a way of operating. It’s the ability to play.” - John Cleese Most adults (me included) are overwhelmed with life and responsibilities, so most of us forget the importance of playing, creating, exploring, releasing repressed and suppressed emotions from our body. A retreat sounds fun and would love to have my first local retreat here. Sending lots of love from 🇨🇦🖼️😊.
