Great episode as always! Just a minor reminder to the last caller. As a DV winner, you can in fact submit the DS-260 before the fiscal year 2025 begins. That’s actually the whole point of announcing the winners in May, so that KCC (The NVC of Diversity Visa) can process the winners and schedule their interviews when the fiscal year kicks off. This is especially true for the extremely low case numbers because they’re the ones to be scheduled first when October comes. An interview won’t be scheduled unless the DS-260 has been submitted by the applicant and processed by KCC. The later the DS-260 is submitted, the later the applicant be scheduled. It comes down to the case number after all.
