The Impact of Menopause in Financial Services 

In our April event, we were joined by Alex Shepherd, Senior Policy and Public Affairs Officer at The Fawcett Society who discussed the key findings of their research on Menopause in the Workplace, including a focus on how many women working in financial services consider leaving their roles or are less likely to apply for promotion because of the menopause. Alex also identifies key actions from the research for organisations to better address the barriers faced by individuals experiencing menopause and create workplace cultures where menopause is better understood.
