Palpatine is The Leader of The Republic and Mon Mothma The Leader of The Rebel Alliance and They oppose any kind of de-miliatrization. All The Lylat System planets (including Venom and Corneria use their own police/military equipment/uniforms/colours. Venom is an planet wich us inhabited. Amdross Oikonny ,Captain Shears and General Peper deffect to the Galactic Empire during the battle of Corneria (Andross is exscuted by Pepper for failing to destroy the Star Fox and Star Wolf Teams in tue same way as Captain Needa was ececuted) and Prince Tricky is The Emperor of Planet Sauria but is killed in a light saber Sword with Gideon Hask (both know how to fight with lightsabers). Becuase Tricky was capture by The Galactic Empire and Forces to watch as his planet Sauria is destroyed byt the 1st Death Star as tp make The Star Fox and Star Wold Team come to rescue him. Gideon says to Tricky before they fight: Tricky we meet at last, when you were brought into The Death Star one, I was the student, now I am the master, now you will experience the full power of the Galactic Empire, I have being waiting this moment for a long time; my little saurian firend, hahahha!. Dash Bowman is the Emperor of Venom. The Battle of Venom is tue main/ginal battle of the movie wich is based in the battles of Scarif/Yavin/Hoth/Endor/Jakku on how they happend. The Star Fox Team, Star Wolf Team use their own fighters (Arwings and Wolfens wich appeared in the 1997 Nintendo 64 N64 game Star Gox 64) but with bew funtions as bombardment runs like Tie Bombers and Y-wings.) Gold squadron of The Reber Alliance uses The same flight-combat suit as The Gold Squadron Used in The Battle of Scarif and The Battle of Yavin.
