Notes: • Constant and daily dhikr will help to build one’s strength and fortitude in not committing sins. • It is still possible to commit sins even if one devoutly performs daily dhikr because the sin/s may be ingrained and habitual. It takes time and patience to increase one’s daily dhikr and remove / avoid sins. • Very important to know the meaning of what one is reciting. • Of all the adhkar, Muraqaba is the strongest, most powerful and beneficial; provides the necessary ikhlas, focus and concentration in prayers and adhkar. • Muraqaba disallowed in salah as it is a different act. However, salah in itself is a form of muraqaba. • Muraqaba helps develop the concentration and focus to get Allah (swt) in one’s heart, both inside and outside of salah. However hard work is required to gain its warmth and benefits. • Muraqaba is a well thought out and proper system by accomplished individuals that have been tried and tested over centuries.

20:52 The sunnah usually indicates to Tasbeeh, Takbeer, Tahleel etc. Wouldn’t the Zikr of Allah’s name on it’s own go against the sunnah?
