I struggle so much because of the lack of hugs and touch. Except of my mum, I haven't hugged anyone since March, and it's too difficult for me... But it seems that nobody understands how touch is important.

If you are single and live alone and have done the few tiny amount of things she mentions here and they no longer do anything beneficial because that's all you can do what now. I might as well give up.
