I use to have a terrible time leaving the house, even to hang out in my favorite book store, so I can appreciate the hurdle anxiety is. Once I made it out, into the car, it was better. I hope,all your followers will recommend your channel to their friends....your"messages" and thoughts are very fine for us.... I do not want to get too personel- in this public channel-but I want to mention,that I love ,how you and your son are connected. A single mom too,. You mentioned,he studies astrophysics-and even that I am an ex-ballerina-I have a lot of books about this subject...Most fascinating the huge space-the size of stars like Bethelgeuze and -Stephen-2-18...the 100000 of other Galaxys...and maybe other worlds.. is humbling....and makes you think a lot about life and what is important. Your son must be a very intelligent and thoughtful young man-and you did wonderful job-realizing ,what he needs in life....some teachers do not understand such a special soul. My 3 sons choose their paths...and I find it magical...that -me loving the Universe and Galaxys so much-having my youngest son-Joshua playing for FRANKFURT GALAXY... American Football-Team-(also German National team) I drove him to endless training-camps...and coached him about muscles and relaxing and coping with Performance.... Also the two elder ones;I let them follow their own paths.....against all outside-commends...I had that in my youth in my family-ehen yi choose Ballett for life. You are so very wise and courages to follow your instincts...and live the life you feel you want to live... I recommend your channel now to my younger students too...because it is inspiring. And in particular for letting them choose their paths - I find this very important (it was also different when I grew up). My son was always interested in space and space related things and had lots of knowledge that I didn't know where it came from. He always wanted to pursue a career in "a space way" but his autism makes things more difficult for him. Be proud of yourself - you deserve it and once more thanks again for your message.🧚

I feel I have to comment to your videos each week as I enjoy them so much. Scotland beckons this year as it’s been 2 years since my last visit and that is too long for me. 2 cups lavender (dried or fresh) 0.25 liter white wine 3/4 liter apple juice (I squeezed apple myself) 3/4 liter water 1.5 kg sugar Apple Pektin (depending on what you buy you need to adjust the quantity) You can also add 5 cl Cointreau if you like Place wine, apple juice and water in a pot and bring to the boil. Add the lavender blossoms, boil for a minute and let simmer for around 30 minutes. Strain the lavender with a sieve or colander and also pass through a cloth (I use a cheese making cloth). Add the sugar and pektin and boil again. To see if the jelly is OK, put a little on a cold plate to see the texture. Place into sterilised glass jars and let cool. The jelly should be stored cool and is best before 8-12 months. Once opened store in the fridge. I hope you like it as much as I. 🧚♂

My birthday was the 8th! So HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU TOO! You are such a sensitive empath. That's why I so much enjoy your videos. I too struggled with anxiety for over 30 years. Since menopause, it's very much quieted, believe it or not! It will awaken occasionally, for the same reasons as you said. Air/wind is also important to me. I feel stagnant if I don't get outside. The breeze is so cleansing. I too recently got a rabbit print! The Rabbit and the Bulfinch by Archibald Thorburn.
