Hi guys! In this video, we'll talk about loose ends, how they affect us, and how to stay on top of them while still making progress on priorities and the important things in our lives.
We all have tasks and responsibilities, but life is also about experiences, enjoyment, and balance. Having certain habits, routines, and systems in place can create a very different life experience. They can help us to prioritize our tasks, reduce overthinking, and help us be more efficient, while giving us time to be productive and still enjoy life.
There are a few key action tips that are simple and effective solutions, and I'll share them with you here. There's a book called 'Eat That Frog' by Brian Tracy, and it's been a huge inspiration to me, so I'll talk about that book here too.
