WOW, you are describing me & my sons as well, whose Sir Names happen to Gould. I tried watching another video that featured you Mr Gould, but I could not, as you were being interrupted every 30secs!

Preech!! This info is so important !! I bought a red light and a vitamin d white light and I take 10,000 sometimes 20,000 of vitamin d and k and cod liver oil.

The medical industrial complex's failure to properly research and diagnose and treat microbiome and sleep and vital nutritional deficiency issues (including those related to Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 and Magnesium deficiencies as well as iatrogenic prescription medication usage) is a major reason why psychiatric iatrogenesis is a primary contributor to the third leading cause of death in the U.S. (which is iatrogenesis in general). If the U.S. spent just a fraction of the over $40 billion each year it spends just on iatrogenic psychiatric drugs alone, for properly researching the issues discussed in this and related RU-vid presentations we would probably, Lord willing, achieve an absolute revolution in medical efficacy improvement and iatrogenesis reduction. Well said, we waste massive amounts of money on the malnutrition disease treatment cycle. Health insurance should be for accidents & injuries, rare conditions and preventative medicine. Instead everyone is malnourished and diseased by their diet. The people that actually take care of their bodies are the ones costing the system the least but paying the most. So much wasted capital could go into groundbreaking research to focus on rare conditions and understanding food and nature better.

Everybody is different. For some people it makes them sleepy, others it gives them more energy. So best to experiment yourself to see if its better to take in the morning or the evening. Check out Dr Judson Sommerville as well. Hope that helps.

There are practically no cases of toxicity. Few cases from people taking 100s of thousand doses.
