Recognised by the red bull’s-eye logo all over The United states, Target Corporation is a company focused exclusively on general merchandise retailing.
This is the story of how a coal mine worker founded a billion dollar company.
Target is America’s second-largest retail store chain today, gaining its title after running the business for more than a century. It has come a long way to maintaining such a stronghold over the Americans and international casual clothes retail market.
Fun Fact: Target was initially named Goodfellow Dry Goods store in 1902.
“Expect more pay less”, is Target Corporation’s motto and they have never failed to deliver the same to their customers.

What a swell guy Goerge Dayton is, never knew his backstory, but man, what a great person, and look how much he's changed the world. Awesome video! Very well put together, learned a lot from this, very informative. Keep making high quality videos like this and your channel is sure to bloom!

Great editing! All I can say is it would've been nice to see some focus on the inception of Target, itself, rather than just Dayton's history. If you do a part two, make sure you mention John Geisse. He created the whole concept for Target. Other than that, well done!

I drove around Worthington for a short while a few years back when I was passing through southern Minnesota. When that number popped up, I was thinking "Uh..... I don't remember Worthington being anywhere near that big." 😂
