I love this house! Why don't you move the window over the sink and turn the toilet around to face the door? You might have more leg room and more space between the toilet and the sink.
He's explained several times that if you turn the toilet facing the door, there isn't enough room to get into the bathroom, and you can't close the door when you sit on the toilet. That's why he moved the sink over, closer to the shower, to give more leg room for the toilet as it is.
@@susanbeals7597 This is why they need to try a corner toilet in there. Then the sink can stay, and you won't feel crowded against the wall on the right. A cute corner cabinet over it would be super cottage-y.
We love the incred-a-cottage. Hubby and I have it all planned out with an add-a-cottage as the bedroom. I want the bay window in my living room. I want a swing for the porch. The colors would be sage with cream trim and shutters. Can't wait till he retires and we are off to Tenn.!
The Incredi-I-Cottage fully decked out including all appliances for $49,900 is truly an amazing value. The new non rivet wall panels have wonderful curb appeal. This is without a doubt my favorite all metal ITH.
The Incredi-Cottage is a beautiful home, perfect for a single person or vacation home. Don't scold Ace to much, he wanted to help with the video too. Ace was helping you to show how much space there is in each room. Ace is a great model for showing the size of each room. Ace is such a Good Puppy ❤ Blessings and Peace ITH 🕊✝️🙏🕊
Manda, you nailed it with mentioning the play house that we dreamed when we were kids. I’m addicted to your videos. I’m in San Antonio Tx and the tiny home community they have here is ugly. I’m a widow and would love to move to Tennessee but afraid to be home sick. Please show more inside of tiny house please, I love to see how the residents fix them. Sending lots is blessing to you and Randy. ❤❤
It just occured to me that if you add a cottage to the Cottage, thru the laundry space, you could have a small table down near the window, a bigger fridge under the mini-split, and use the space under the water heater for an appliance garage and pantry! 😍
Or… make a much bigger shower with it extending into the add a cottage & letting that be a dividing space in the add a cottage which id have an extra bedroom in the back & living room in fromt of add acottage…
What a beautifully done ru-vid.comUgkxYGamVaHfdHiPlAQaLa7zkwR02OKpGYDU ! The instructions and the photographs are brilliant. It is thorough and genuinely informative. Ryan got another winner! No one does it better!
The state of Tennessee does not allow Sheds to be Living Spaces. The State and local Codes I just checked, will not approve this. If those sheds are out of the ordinary, and you have verification Tennessee will allow those Sheds appropriate as a living Space, please tell us about it.
Randy, Amanda...? Can you show us an Increda-cottage, with the additional add-a-cottage attachment all decored please...? Including where the trash can would go? How about a sink basin over top the toilet and folding staircases, in the homes that require stairs?
This is the concept model, and they're still working out the kinks. And since the factory is busy with the RJOs, they won't be making anything else in there until those are done.
Lol Amanda, I remember the George Lopez show. Really like the IICottage decor. Especially with the chair by the kitchen. Very nice! (Amanda's decor is also amazing in the other's she's done.) Lol Ace is so unashamed being on that bed!
What a cutie patootie Incred-I-Cottage. I would totally put some adorable wallpaper on the kitchen walls and have it styled out with a bohemian theme. It’s got everything you need, great design ❤
The cottage is beautiful and Randy and Amanda make the best and most entertaining Videos!! You two just compliment each other when you aren’t fussing!!!❤️❤️
THAT'S MY HOME!!!!!!!!! Ok not that EXACT one, but MINE'S COMING I'M SO DANG EXCITED!!! But I like the original place for the walk through for mine with the add a cottage. BECAUSE.. on mom's side, I'm putting the washer and dryer, and on my side I'm making the washer and dryer the place for a small dishwasher or just a really awesome pantry! You guys got me dreaming! But I also LOVE the idea of a Randy Rack in the little corner under the kitchen by the front door. So many dreams..I gotta calm down. I feel like a race horse in the gate!! I gotta pace myself! 😂😍🤩 Love seeing it decorated. great job! Love you guys. Everything about both of you. KEEP DREAMING!! Thank you for sharing your dreams with us! 💥💥💥
@@dyslexicangel - Online. Search for the Loch Capsule dishwasher. It even has a dry sanitize cycle that uses UVC light to sanitize whatever you put in it. It can be hooked up to plumbing, or comes with a water tank and drain hose. If you want it to drain into a 2nd tank, they sell that, too, as an extra, so it can be set up anywhere in your home that has an electric outlet.
I would turn Bedroom into the Livingroom with a daybed. This tiny is my favorite. Perfect for one. Absolutely love the cute porch. Easy to put up a railing around it. Love it!
If you turn the toilet to face out towards the hall, there won’t be enough room to squeeze between it and the corner of the door. It would be very hard to get to your sink and shower.
OMG! Look back through the posts - I suggested putting the doorway to the Add-i-Cottage where the washer/dryer is when you first introduced it! Great minds think alike! I also suggested that if you only want to use the bedroom in the Incred-i-Cottage as a living room and 1 bedroom in the Add-i-Cottage, you could do away with the bathroom in the Incred-i-Cottage. You would have an open siteline all the way to the back of the Incred-i-Cottage and a huge living room with a little dining room table. The Add-i-Cottage is bedroom, bathroom, washer/dryer, a closet, and room for storage. I can't afford all that myself, but I WILL be buying an Incred-i-Cottage when I retire!
Yeah I said take the entire side of the cottage wall out and connect the second cottage like putting together a double wide. Put the dining/living room, laundry, and bathroom in the add on and extra closet space. Then you could actually make the bathroom larger. Without the add a cottage, I would probably pull out that shower, and tile the whole bathroom like a wet bath in an RV.
@@MyGirlKenzie No, the add a cottage does not have all the same stuff in it. It is an add on for you to create your ideas and what you would do with the space. I haven't watched that much on the add a cottage, but I think it's half the cost of the cottage.
the outside is really cute but I don't care for the inside ...I dont like the fact you have to face the furniture to the kitchen ...and the door opening to the inside makes it more cramped
I'd have 2 highback chairs facing each other & a small table between them in that front space, and use a daybed & a chair next to it in the bedroom/living room with a TV mounted on the wall next to the small window. The back room would be a sitting room by day, bedroom by night, with a spot for coffee or lunch with a friend in the front room.
Question....If you buy a add-a- cottage would it have all the plumbing for a kitchen and bathroom? Amanda you were right about our dream home as a little girl you hit the nail on the head with that comment. I absolutely love the cottage. Sending love from my home to yours
I love this little tiny cottage! At the wall opposite the counter I would place a small dining table with 2-4 chairs. And I would make a living room in the back, with a sofa bed at the wall opposite the bathroom, small coffee table and TV, some cushions in the bay window so you can have guests..... This what I would retire in: just sit on the porch at night in a rocking chair, my dog laying at my feet, just looking over the prairie where horses are grazing.......
Just when I think Randy has done it all by changing the tiny home industry, he comes out with something new that enhances the industry again! I love the Incred I Cottage! My favorite design to date! How about we get a Cottage Grove next! Wouldn't that be awesome!
Love the incredi cottage, love where the door would go if you add a cottage. Great video thanks for sharing and showing us this beautiful home. Have a great night 🌙
I totally agree, and was smiling when Amanda said it is the kind of cottage we girls dreamed of from the time we were old enough to dream. Man caves are popular in the design world, but these cottages are the woman's version - the Woman's cave/ cottage. No doubt any man would love it too, as it provides such a cozy home, and can be made masculine in decor too. Really cute and really functional. Well done!
Good morning Randy and Ms Amanda. Laura here from St Pete truly a pleasure meeting you both this week. I loved seeing my Charleston in person. Love the post today. Keep doing what you’re doing.
Oh my gosh Amanda.... I felt the same way as a kid watching Little House on the Prairie! That made me LOVE lofts, I so wanted one to sleep in!❤ I really really like this lay out, and the price. Well done Randy.
Love the look of the 10x20 Cottage....My opinion, I wish it was 12x20 or even better yet 12x24. Looking at area for the living room....there is no space for anything but a chair really, but making it 2 foot wider, a small love seat futon would fit.....and a full bed would work nice. I know 12ft wide causes needing a permit to move...but i wouldn't mind. Yes, you can add a cottage and that would be nice....for $29,000 more. If that was the only option, i would connect the cottages side by side and cut the whole living room out to the next cottage....that would be a nice size living room. Just dreaming....
Hello Amanda and Randy I’ll look at you guys almost every night sometimes up to 4 o’clock in the morning but I would like to ask Will Randy 1ever add a living room to the cottage so we can see what that looks like. I sure would appreciate seeing that you guys have a good evening you could you guys are a hoot I’m so glad I started watching your show.
It is 3:45am here in Michigan. If I bought this cute cottage, 65yo widow, the entrance would be my kitchen/dining room. The bedroom would be my living room/bedroom (two daybeds). I would have the bay window only and turn the other window into another door to enter from the outside. I would want a bathroom window, no cabinet under the sink (more leg room). Later on I would purchase an add-a-box for private bedroom, bath, living room. I would be there right now if not for health problems. Keep up the good, much needed work with your beautiful communities.
I love the cottage and could live in one for sure. The bathroom I am sure you could get a toilet that would sit better against the wall so you would then have more leg room. Love the red colour on the other house. You guys are amazing in what you do. Xx
@@nelliehagen5267 Probably not enough leg room. I know when we remodeled our house code specified how many feet toilet had to be from wall and space in front and side to side.. It was very detailed.
You two bicker like husband and wife! Hilarious! Even though she's the work wife, a happy wife is a happy life! 😅 This cottage is on my short list. A closet sold me!
The cottage is The perfect tiny home. I would add-a-cottage and have my it for my living room and the washer/dryer. That would be the perfect size for 2 people. I love how the kitchen is right in the front. But id add a bar for eating. I hate tables and chairs. Lol. 🥰
Hey its your Newport neighbor again, I seen Randy in Food City this morning I was going to go over and talk to him and tell him I am the guy who says “it’s your Newport Neighbor” but he was talking to a lady at the checkout so I didn’t want to bother him. We never got the rain today in Newport.
In the cottage why nit switch the plavement of the bathroom sink and toilet no worry with knee placement and its prettier to walk past and see a sink instead of a toilet.
Absolutely my dream home with a add a cottage. This will be my dream home till I die. Randy what a beautiful beautiful home. I pray to the good Lord to bless me with my dream someday. ❤I just love your hearts both y’all are just incredible human beings. ❤
Ace is a perfect model....the 49.9 is AWESOME. "Bossy" Manda your suggestions are perfectly Beautiful and Randy you are a Genius. What will it cost for outfitting off grid?
in the extra space under the kitchen counter, by the stove area, you could make it a slide out spice drawer, maybe. that way you could leave your cabinets are they are, and just make one more that could hold oils and spices maybe.
I love this one. You could add 2 flip up decks on the sides for a wraparound porch. That would add living space and work well for a gardener or somebody that likes to be outside a lot. The decks could flip up and help protect the sides while moving it and could go up for storm protection. The other option is build two rectangular decks to go on both sides of the house.
Door looks great blue! I would paint the box above the chair white so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. Decor is pretty. For people who don't want the mattress on the floor, a picture window half the size vertical but same size horizontal with a smaller price tag would be great.
