I swear you gotta at least mention this in the Closing Ceremony, y’all made an entire season of anime and a Ghibli short film but nobody knew about it being related to the Tokyo Olympics because the ceremonies made absolutely no reference to pop culture, what a grand missed opportunity 🙄

Anime is a animated show mostly for matured people . It's highly popular in the world. It's shows/series are better than most American shows and don't compare Indian shows to them. One of the great shows is attack on titan, naruto etc

Women did sometimes disguise themselves as men so they could watch the games. Also foreign women were allowed to see the games. It was specifically the wives and daughters of male citizens that weren’t allowed to attend the games.

Oh, this incident was actually portrayed in Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Nobody comments on Kassandra _actively taking part in the games as a woman,_ though... Oh _nice_ the background music when they arrive is the Epitaph Of Seikilos, the oldest complete musical composition that still exists today!
