What I expected from Tokyo 2020: anime characters making references and homages What actually happened: an official Olympic anime. Which is even better in my opinion.

Really Croton (Crotone) is in Calabria, Italy, Magna Grecia at the time. BTW, Timasitheus, that did beat Milo in his attempt at winning a seventh tile, was of Croton too, and an admirer of Milo since childhood (Timasitheus was 18, so he wasn't even born when Milo won his first two titles).

I don't understand why there are any dislikes at all. Japan worked very hard for these shorts to be made and the art along with storytelling is beautiful.

The true story is a bit more dark. Beyond the Olimpics he won tens of other games. He was carring that calf every day until it bacame a cow. (The inventor of progressive wheight training) Also the way he died was very bad. He was so arogant in his strength he belived he could do almost anything. So one day he saw the remaining trunk of a fallen tree. It had a small split in the middle so he decided to slit the trunk open with his bare hands. Alas when he inseted his hands he saw that he could split it and that his hands were stuck in it. He remained there alone shouting for help, until a lion heard him and eat him. The end. (Well come to Greek legends, where the end is always way whorse than you can ever thought it could be)
