I captured screenshots of the characters in game first, then applied a comic filter in CapCut (I used its Chinese version 剪映). Then I used AI to polish them and edited them in PS where neccessary. But it's actually not as time-consuming as it sounds like.
Not really. You can't adjust the rendering and filter in SGB. You can't jump up or swim either. Plz take a look at my previous videos of The Indernal Return which was made with SGB. It's almost the best quality that I can do within that engine.
