I just bought new printer this is what’s happening to my prints staying wet , you’ve described it to the point ink .im printing sticker paper ,it’s like it’s putting out to much ink .on normal paper it’s ok ,

I accidentally printed on the the thin packing cardboard that is placed in front and in back of the sheets to protect them. Pretty humbling experience... kind of funny now.

Excellent tip Jose. Not accidently printed on the wrong side...yet, but I've been close a couple of times when I've been rushing. My Fotospeed papers are clearly marked with a small sticker on the reverse with the paper name/type which is especially useful to remind me to change my ICC profile too. I have a trial pack from Permajet, none of which have any identifiers on the reverse and it's very difficult to discern the front from the back which is a right royal pain! 😋

If you print on the wrong side, will that mess up the mechanics inside the printer and cause future problems even when printing on the right side?

My first print was on the back of a 4x6. I created some fine art. However it never dried so I eventually smeared it.

now i know , guess what ?? I PRINT ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE PAPER 😭 thats why the ink stick on my hand 😭 btw , how about sticker paper ??

Hello. I am having a similar problem with my pro 1 and can not find any info. The paper comes out wet. I think it dumped out all of the co ink because I had to use a new one in the beginning and after one wet print it said I needed a newer one. What can I do to fix this?
