In today's video I share with you all my review of the Inkey List Bio-Active Ceramide Repairing & Plumping Moisturizer *. I still reach for this at least twice a week, as part of my nighttime routine. This wears nicely on the décolletage (something I didn't speak to as much in the review). While this isn't loaded with anti aging ingredients, I love the price point and consider this a very basic moisturizer.
