Well, he’s still technically injured. He dislocated his elbow. A regular dislocated elbow recovery time is usually 3-6 weeks with week 7 being fully healed. Blood & Guts was 4 weeks ago. This is also the recommended recovery time for professional athletes like football players who dislocated their elbow during a game. Similar to how Chris legitimately dislocated his elbow at Blood & Guts.

@@kozmicflush980 i think its cuz he apologized publicly on camera and personally to Sasha Banks, and also didn't try to move on and act like he didnt say what he said. but the fact that he thought it would be okay to say that at all even in private was crazy and alarming honestly. I just hope he was really just joking and isn't really like that on the low. Id rather somebody joke about the R word then actually be doing it atleast.

@@kozmicflush980 Sammy is Cuban and Caucasian, not that I've ever come across his race or ethnicity as being correlated with any aspect of the matter with Sasha. Sammy and AEW were very transparent with acknowledging what he said when it surfaced, AEW took steps to penalize Sammy as they saw fit and he didn't protest, and Sasha even mentioned that she personally spoke with Sammy to get the air cleared so there wouldn't be anything lost in translation between the 2 of them with as much media coverage as it garnered. In addition to his apology, it seems the reason why the public and fans have been able to move past that moment is because it was handled in a courteous, professional, and genuine manner.

Meh...they lost nothing except a single match. And their weakest guy took the pin. No big deal, and easy call to end the first ppv with crowds in forever. That's nothing to do with "ego" and everything to do with giving fans what they want every now and then. Not even sure whose ego you'd be referring to. If it's Jericho, his whole career has been based on putting people over at every point, so that's just plain silly.

@@gst013 eh. i feel like pretty much all of the angles served to put the inner circle over though. dax lost to jericho, mjf had to throw him off the cage to get the surrender or else they wouldve lost blood and guts, and then they lost stadium stampede, its just 50/50 booking because mjf beat jericho clean at full gear. probably jericho is going to get the crap beaten out of him in the next match but who knows maybe hes still getting face points for the arm or whatever. so far the pinnacle has just served as a convenient way to have mjf and ftr lose clean while still keeping their ridiculous singles and tag team records(i think they both have like 1 or 2 losses) and not having them take the pin. its whatever, long term booking the pinnacle is still a fairly new group we'll see what happens

You know, it’s funny. I never knew who Sammy Guevara was before his match with Kip Sabian at DoN in 2019, but he’s quickly become one of my favorite guys in the promotion. I sure hope he gets a push here in the next year because his talent level is incredible and from a fan standpoint, he’s everything you’d want in a professional wrestler. Keep killing it, Sammy!

These guys are great, im just afraid they are or will push this rivalry too for/too long. It's gonna start hitting different the longer it goes and i wouldn't wanna this rivalrys great matches to be tainted by extra stuff. Btw, Santa is a great promo, he has intensity and you belive what he says, underrated man. Hager need some polishing lol he tries to hard haha. Sammy is great, but I feel like he is missing something, can't seem to know what it could be idk. And Jericho, there ain't much to say about him, he is just ome of the GOAT. I'm with you on that seeing this fued between MJF and the inner circle really started way back in October of last year. It seems to me AEW doesn't have much for the pinnicle and inner circle to do right now so they're extending the fued. This should of been over after double or nothing last Sunday. I'll guess the real blow off to this might end at all in in August or September.

Jericho’s promos have been infinitely better since he started leaning more serious and less silly-comedy. Another solid outing here.

Lol scripted. Even if they wanted to, they can't because of the liability. It's scripted entertainment it's not a sanctioned sporting event like UFC or Bellator etc
