I've been with Mous since kickstarter and since I have owned my first case back then, I only buy Mous cases for all my new devices going forward. I also own a MBP sleeve case and its awesome.
i bought mous for iphone 11 and ive gotten 2 replacements for ffree for this phone. that alone is bringing me back. i almost got dbrand which was 50$ but i will go with mous again this year because ofyour amazing customer service. thank you
I bought my first Mous case in 2018 for my iPhoneXR. They really are great cases. I’m looking to buy an iPhone15 this year and upgrading - wouldn’t buy a case from any other company. They got it locked down.
love my 13 Pro Limitless 4.0 case, still looks 80% new for 2 years of use, this is my first case that survived that long, i hope on 15 Pro, Mous would still be my case
Mine fell apart in 8 months. Got a free replacement and after just one week the case feels loose like the frame is slowly detaching itself from the rest of the case. What could cause this can only be pulling my phone out of the pocket.
sorry to hear that you had a bad experience on their product, never experience that on my case, its perfectly fit and dropped my phone many times and im confident that my phone will survive without any damange
Would love to see a video comparing all products within a lineup. Would be great to see a comparison between the different back-packs and what the side-by-side differences are between the sizes and models
Very useful, thank you. I have a Forest Green limitless 5.0 and green strap. Just waiting for delivery of iPhone 15 Pro Max. Would welcome more vibrant colours to align with Apple's offer of silicone cases. Have had a mous case for iPhone 8 for 4 years. Have dropped the phone only a couple of times from pocket height, but love that I know that my phone has protection and won't be damaged. @@jesusmiguel.guzman Hi, Whilst it's not dissimilar as the colour in the video, I wouldn't describe it as a vibrant green, but an earthy green. Edited to add...Having looked at the video a few times, I think the lighting sometimes suggests the Forest Green case is more vibrant than at other times, when it looks more earthy. I would describe it as earthy.
Just brought the Limitless 5.0 for my 15PM and it’s amazing, last Mous case I owned was 2.0 and this is miles ahead in terms of build quality and premium materials
Loved that 🥳 Great to see all the cases especially the new colours but the fact you went through in great detail about all of them, really helps new customers and existing ones 👏👏 The side splitting explanation was brilliant as that is such a huge innovation and improvement and the extra costs of development will help in the long term in not replacing them (which you guys are amazing at doing). My Mous Clarity case for an iPhone 12 had the side split problem less than 12 months after I got it. What took me by surprise when I reached out to the Mous team was they immediately sent me a free replacement - no questions asked. Major respect for these guys. 🫡 Kudos to the team for solving the problem!
I just got my 1st Mous iPhone 15 Pro black leather case and even after watching every video I could find on it, it still blew me away. I’ve been trying to find something wrong but I cannot. I only have a nitpick, no need for multiple branding. I may black out the “M” or just black out both. Too much branding can kill a product.
I like clarity case.. really clear but I hope one day, you guys will come up with feature not only anti scratch or anti yellowing but also anti fingerprints
It seems that the Clarity Evolution - IntraLock® Phone Case isn‘t available for the 15 pro max, but I saw it in the video… is that a bug or a feature? 😅 and has ist black buttons? I really hoped for that 😂
Totally worth the money. The problem is they are not shipping to India. This has been the case for past 4+ years i have to wait for someone else to buy them and bring it back to me.
love the clear case but many tech reviewers and users mention the camera lip being too low so that it offers no protection when laying on the table let alone when dropped. Has Mous tested this and can you confirm this leaves room for improvement?

Hi I just got my iPhone14 max pro today! Really wanted to buy a Mous case for it but it’s $115SGD! I have a Mous iPad Pro case $100 I think it’s reasonable but for an iPhone? I’m thinking of exploring alternatives unless the price is $50
Been using other cases with stronger magnets and never had an issue. I won’t buy your cases simply because the magnets are weak. You simply can’t use it with a MagSafe car holder.
how drop resistant on your clarity 2.0 cases? for 100$ CAD I would hope it's good. I just bought one, however, I seen some comments of your own comments saying it's for mishaps and not for extreme drops. If that's the case, I may consider returning the one i ordered for something a bit more shock protective. Ive had terrible drops before, and I dont see them stopping anytime soon lol.

I've really like my Infinity for my iPhone 12 Pro, slimmer than the Clarity back then. But I see you no longer have the Infinity, so having to go for the Clarity 2.0 for my upcoming iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Any chance you could add a fraction of a millimeter to the height of the super thin cases? When placed face down, the phone rests on the screen protector which lead to scratches easily forming.

I have an mous clear case for my Iphone 12. I have a problem that there's a gap between the case and the camera bump that allows dust and debris to get in. Will this be fixed/is this fixed?

I’m having prob to choose bwt limitless 5.0 and clarity 2.0. Do they have same protection quality, shock absorb, ultra material? I kinda like Fraser art but gonna put safety as my first priority. Any help?

I don't understand the lifetime warranty. It says it lasts for 25 years but it doesn't cover drops and falls, extreme temperature, yellowing. WHAT DOES IT COVER???

Is it possible to connect the MagSafe charging pad with the Apple Watch charger pad and if not could you make something for just the iPhone with a Apple Watch. And also, I love your products

I loved the case up to limitless 3. But I never saw much improvement for MagSafe magnets. Most of my accessories did not stick too well. It appears you guys improved it from this demo. Can you upload a video showing how well MagSafe accessories hold onto the case?

This is the style of video that should be in your marketing. A thorough breakdown of the features and improvements from previous models. The “drop test” ads are fairly tiresome and obnoxious. They certainly dont give the impression of a luxury brand which i think mous is for the phone case market. Please consider at least adding these kinds of videos to the lineup.
Hey Steve! Because of the size of the iPhone 15 cameras, particularly the Pro Models, it’s very difficult for cases to cover the cameras. However, Apple has made them with a sapphire crystal lens cover so this shouldn’t be a problem! Even so, our cases will provide a little extra peace of mind - all of our iPhone 15 cases provide 0.5mm of clearance between your camera and a flat surface. For some of our cases, this camera bump is only on two sides - this is because we’ve researched extensively and found that these are the angles you’re most likely to hit your camera from when you drop your phone. This means that you’re not very likely to knock your camera and, if you do, Apple’s native design has you covered.
