I think it may have gotten cut in the great culling™, but it was mentioned dilo's venom does get stronger at night. In what way was left a mystery. I don't recall if he said it during the night portion or day portion so I'll just put this here regardless as the video uploads. I can almost sleep...
Please cut out the personal commentary if it means you won’t spend as much time working on these videos. Get more sleep. We don’t want you burning out.
@alexandrudorries3307 its necessary, the devs would take down the video if she doesn't add a significant bit of her own content, which is dumb considering she is basically promoting their game or free, smh
I think the dilo venom is perfect. Imagine a pack of dilos. A solo dilo might be easy to tell from the fake dilo But when there are suddenly multiple dilos dealing damage you are going to panic
@@Doctor_Morgan_X_Asakura_Rikako my dude laophis, palaeophis, and cryolophosaurus (not that i know of cryo getting added) are even getting added. most in this list won't get venom/bacteria and ur spamming this in every reply 💀
Nah I love its disgusting little hairs. It's supposed to be a creepy and gross animal, wrinkly, hairy, nasty! It isn't supposed to be pretty! (Even tho it still looks really cool)
I don't understand why she hates it so much. it's been hypothesized that feathers might've evolved as sensory structures first, like whiskers, so it seems pretty reasonable all around. I also think it's cool from a creature design standpoint personally, makes it look way more gnarly
I'm more hyped for the upwards and downward directional attacks than I should be mainly because if this comes with Herra's release this makes it easy for anyone going after it Just imagine being a herra who was caught out by a pack of Omni's, leaping into a low hanging branch trying to rest off your bleed and the raptors are just below you, jumping and snapping just barely hitting you.
@@Smokecall Don even mentions animals being able to raise themselves up/reach for things in this and this could be a way to counter act how jumping dinos leap onto rocks and structures and animals like carno can't really do anything about it it would also allow smaller animals to maybe hit larger creatures in meaningful area's rather than being ankle biters
id actually love a "pokemon snap" objective for humans, itd be so sick, its not hard to try and kill a dino, you either do or you dont, but with taking a picture you have to STAY hidden even after you take the photo, if you are seen youll likely die
I’ve been saying for so long that if they want to make humans viable and fun, make them researchers not mercenaries. Mercenaries will make this game a murder fantasy rather than an immersive experience
@@smansam I don't think mercs would be a good plan, but i think poachers would be. underfunded, with limited resources, your mission is to go in, hunt or trap the largest of a species, signal a helicopter, protect the corpse extraction, and then get to an exfiltration point. mercs would just exist to kill, but the hunters would have to avoid killing until they reach their target. maybe even have a system that penalizes killing until you get your target, and then you have limited time to reach the extraction point (to prevent them from going around shooting everything in sight), the structure of the human mission is as important as simply having them in the game. also the journalist gameplay would be fucking rad too. similar structure, similar gameplay, but passive mode. hell yeah.
@@Fallenfaefolk See that sounds like a better system than I’ve heard the devs say. Maybe even the poachers have to avoid researchers too, kinda like JP2 where they’re more about freeing the claimed dinosaurs or something.
Hopefully gateway has improved ambience. Currently it just sounds, odd. And not like what you'd think a jungle would sound like at all. Same with nighttime. Hopefully it gets improved
Yeah they got a border, they have the cerato sitting and then they have a watermark all over the video, I remember watching this channel for like a year or 2 now and they didn't used to have all that, maybe it's the avoid being copyright striked? idk
41:59 I too like the realistic T.Rex a lot more, I think it looks way cooler but if I said The Isle T.Rex looks bad or isn't intimidating it'd be a blatant lie
There is no real mod support...only choosen people can mod the game and there is no AI mods....ai ist the only thing that would make path of titans great if they remove the stupid quest system too...
I’d rather those who are envenomed see a default greyscale Dillo skin as AI, but at the same time all player Dillo appear as that skin to them as well. So, in the case of multiple Dillo they’d all look the same regardless.
A little feedback... If you'd left out the parts of you rambling on about not rambling on, the video would be like 10 minutes shorter. Maybe use that to show some actual content instead, or if not, just leave it out. I'm sorry, but you sound like a high school kid with an attitude, who's presenting us with an essay on something they really don't care about and have been forced to do. Also, have you played the game at all? From what I gathered, you've just heard other people talk about the game and base your judgements on that hearsay, not actual experience. To me, you seem quite unqualified to give opinions on the game since all I ever hear you say is "from the little I've played and the everything I've heard". Doesn't help that you're even playing footage of a completely different game in the background. Also, why put that transparent cerato watermark on someone else's content, which is what we came to see (and the cerato is kind of blocking the view...), but not put it on your own content which no one here cares about? Shouldn't it be the other way around?
I pray they will give a blinding or some sort of effect for troodons venom or make the dps last longer so you dont have keep pouncing so much thats what gets the troodon killed
Question, anyone else having issues with non-official servers ping extremely high? I want to play somewhere other then the official servers but they are the only one with low ping.
Not to mention that deinos and cannibal rexes will help keep the rex population under control. I suspect that it will be fairly difficult to reach adulthood as a rex.
The fact Dondi mentioned no Dilo jumping and you explicitly picked Ark footage that features a dilo sized creature jumping about feels a bit low key background humor while commenting.
I absolutely hate that the rex won't be playable on the officials. What I hate even more than that is that there will be AI rexes. Don't people see how bad the AI is when they think of this? And how come Legacy servers are indeed not dominated by rexes, but somehow here they would ruin the ecosystem? Just add competition. I think they should've started with apexes and worked their way DOWN the foodchain, which is exactly the opposite to what they're doing. In Legacy almost everything can outrun the rex unless the rex gets an ambush which, given it's size, is quite difficult to do. There are also plenty of dinos that can take out a juvenile or a subadult rex, preventing the majority of them ever reaching adulthood. Just make them extremely slow and difficult to grow. Your patience will be rewarded with a near-indestructable fully grown tyrannosaurus. However, this will sway most away from the creature, meaning there will be a balance. Then, add competition. Trike is a good enough start. Spino, giga and acro should be good competition too. Anky and theri shall add to that. Honestly I have no idea why there is such panic over the rex destroying the ecosystem. It doesn't in Legacy.
It doesn't in legacy because of the brain dead tail ride bs combat that legacy had where apexes would get completely dogged by Raptors and what not. Evrima won't be like that and Rex would actually be a true apex unlike legacy. They are keeping it off of Officials and only in community servers so they can observe how rex would behave in the ecosystem. If it doesn't completely kill everything then they might change their minds. Another reason to not have Rex in officials yet is the amount of exploiters running rampant in the official servers, image an exploiter using speed hacks with rex and killing everything, wouldn't be fun now wouldn't it? community servers don't have that kind of issues and like dondi said, you'll probably have the best Rex experience in community servers than you would in officials. At least he's gonna be helping the community servers out with that.
@@iAzwrath I'm fine with them testing it out on the community server's expence first, but I don't want it to be AI. I hope they'll somehow make it work. I don't want to have to rely on community servers again, as those are precisely what forced me to leave Legacy...
@@TheLegendaryDuckerson humans have guns. I think that'll be game-breaking. With rex, you can just stay away from it, right? If anything, the rex will be the one struggling to keep itself fed.
You should stop uploading these streams just so the people complaining about the overlays can’t watch them. Every stream video it’s like 90% people complaining about nothing, yet they come to watch it here regardless. Keep up the great content for this mediocre game and community 👌
no matter how much devs make it hard for small dinos to kill apexes people will still do it. i myself will find a way somehow. all I need is global chat to shit on them afterward XD
I mean will people still do it? yeah. Will it be nearly as common as legacy where a Utah can physically never lose to another dino if it knows what it's doing? Probably not.
I hope they balance that venom lol Dilo killing omni with 3 hits is a bit unrealistic cause I'm sure omni is gonna have to be in a pack to take 1 dilo out judging by how weak it is. These devs just hate utah lol.
Why complain about the length of the video? 90% is your commentary, which is unnecessary. If you're tired don't kill yourself making these videos super long, I know some people like the commentary, but I'm sure people will be okay with just the clips themselves.
The best way for keeping people from abusing the envenomation feature for any venomous dino in fights against large dinos is making said large dinos immune to venom once past a certain point. Realistically, dilo and troodon would probably go great lengths at avoiding large dinosaurs especially ones like trex and acro. The only exceptions would be around the formers' nest, rest of the time they would either annoy with sounds and taunts. In the open fields, medium and large carnivores should get a speed boost for chasing and catching abusive, toxic players though not anything close to galies. A game like this needs as accurate realistic behavior as possible.
Wouldn't so as far as make large dinos immune to vemon but rather give larger mass dinos higher tolerance levels before they tier up from the effects of vemon, REQUIRING larger packs or a very talented ambusher to take down larger dinos.
@@Smokecall if you've spent a significant amount in legacy, then you know just how bad toxic abusive players will become when this will be full implemented. I'm hoping all large dinos will also get a back kick similar to the pue and directional like stego.
If it's hard to see what's going on then you need to get your eyes checked, I can see everything just fine. It also NEEDS to be there, because Dondi literally threatened to sue because "stealing content" or some shit.
Thank God, I don’t like playing the isle to play giant bird like animals. I want to play genetically bread monsters and mutants with some realism thrown in.
We don’t care about your inpatient, rude, disrespectful opinion. Just shut the fuck up and go watch dondis stream instead of shit talking about others. If your incapable of watching a stream than just be grateful that others put there time to make videos like this. If you didn’t want to hear here opinion than go watch official streams.
