Randy is retired from performing. He helps to manage Janet's career. Jermaine only joins them sometimes. Pandemic restrictions also limit his capability to attend certain shows.

I will just keep being confused as to why Michael never showed Marlon how to project a lead vocal, and how they haven't found a decent sound engineer and vocal coach after 10 years. Haydon Eshun actually was a lead singer with Ultimate Kaos in the 1990s. 🤓 He seems under-utilized here...

Before I discovered the name of the J5, I was a racist & yes, I am white deaf guy. Until that day the J5 were performing live on tv on September 16, 1971 ABC TV. I discovered that “Little Michael” was almost my age. (Actually 3years older than me.) What hit me really hard was that the blacks and whites may be different in the outside, the skin colors but we have the same color of blood 🩸 & also the same color of the heart ❤️. God was telling me,”It’s the inside that counts, NEVER judge a person by their skin color”. Since that day, I love the blacks, even hugged them, kissed them. So please please people! Don’t judge people from the outside. Remove your hate! “Love one another” cuz that’s what Jesus tells us to do. “Love one another!” Also I forgive you for not understanding what a deaf person’s perspective on captioning words in a captioned world 🌎. Why the other singer never get recognized he sings with them even though he is not their relative he should get same recognition. I seen their performance in Gary Indiana and it was excellent. and the guy who sings with them was very good and he should be recognized also. The Jackson’s are very good as performers. but give the other guy in the group his recognition.
Neither one of them can sing. They figured if they turn the music audio track up and keep their microphones low, you won't be able to hear their true vocal quality. The reason why is that they cannot sing one note - their voices are flat and offkey. The Jacksons' entire show, along with the choreography, sucks. Last, but not least, if you take notice to their costume wardrobe, they have been wearing the same ole raggedy costumes since they went out on the road again in 2011, which means they can't afford any new stage costumes. They are on a very low budget and are not getting paid Top Dollar $$ to perform. If any Jackson fans wants to come along and make negative comments to my comment, you obviously can't take the truth! Mic Drop!

Well, its a touch of the old days, but truly not the Jacksons of old. Actually, Jackie really sounds good, looks good and moves very well for his age. Marlon who always wanted to be MICHAEL had his chance to be Michael for the night, and now you see what he was in the background ha! ha! ha! I do believe if they had Jermaine and Randy, they might have sounded a little bit better I think. Jermaine can still blow and would have been good to have him up there as well. They haven't lost their touch. Forever live the JACKSONS, truly the greatest Male Group of all time!
As a deaf Jackson 5 fan all my life, I have to put thumb down becuz I getting tired of seeing no captions for any of the Jacksons , MJ videos. I really love the Jackson 5! I feel discriminated for no captions. Sigh! 😢
At this point they should get a Michael “sound alike” (not look alike) to do his parts. Kinda like how JOURNEY did. I think it’d work better. People really notice Michael’s absence vocally
I know that everyone wants to supportive, but there is a lot missing from these performances. C'mon time to go back to the drawing board. If you notice I didn't say anything about Michael.
Haydon and Taryll were good additions, but there is more that can be done to elevate this show. It could never be at the energy or quality of _Victory_ or _Triumph,_ but it shouldn't look like Jackie and Haydon are the only two that rehearsed properly.

The other guy to Marlon's left is Haydon Eshun who sings as Michael Jackson in the Thriller Live shows. He was a child star himself, originally the lead singer for a UK boyband called Ultimate Kaos back in the 90s.
