Please no one purchase key to the map. It is a waste of money I grinded and completed 100% within a couple of days. All the info is right there. Just go to Collection under Social and it will show you all the districts with what's left to be competed. Go to each district and cruise around you will eventually find all collectibles/activities. Put in the work this can be considered 'content' which is something to do while we await a 'content update'. Much more satisfying when you finally unlock all the cars in the game!
As long as they don’t patch the money glitch. It looks like the rep glitch of jumping into the water and getting 2 stars may be getting patched out in this update but rep is so easy to get anyway.
Mike R okay load the game up start online then hit the Xbox button go to settings and turn off internet for a second to lose connection then turn it back on go back to the game you’ll see a error pop up and throw you back into the home screen this time hit play solo then fast travel to the car dealership right behind the racetrack now before you go inside pause the game and click go online once online go into the dealership buy the most expensive car you can then leave the dealership but don’t click send car to garage or use car you have to hit the back button instead next you have to drive at least 110mph through the speed trap if you did that you’ll see all your money is back rinse and repeat as many times as you want. I’m sure what I said doesn’t make much sense but look it up on RU-vid it’s really easy and fast glitch once you know the steps
Cray. I think you should give some of the in game music a try bro. For me alot of the music bumps. But I always 🌬️ when I play Sooo that might have something to do with it
But are the phantom ramps fixed? My car shouldn’t shoot up in the air for no reason. Also the 3lb nos now makes some of my cars to do a wheelie and I can’t control the car at all till it drops down and really annoying.
Hopefully they fixed where when U do a big jump and land the camera would hit the ground and you cant see where your going for two or three seconds and then manage to hit a wall or another car.
The Supra I want to see that they need to add it the MkIV. That's the best one. Though I would not mind seeing the classic Supra as well as the classic Mazda RX7. We need some older Tuners from the 70s and 80s anyway. There are not enough. We need an Nissan S13, S14, 280Z, the list goes on. Bring the old school JDMs. We want more damn it. Also personally I want the fabricating to come back, and we need some Veilside Body kits. Need more paint options for the Wraps too.

AND the random spawning of traffic cars spawned right into your face, literally pop out of nowhere right in front of you, like 5m away when you're at 200+ km/h X''D same goes for ploice spwans above heat level 3, it's disgusting how they also just flippin' pop out of thin air somewhere around you

It’s a really weird and bizarre idea, but it’s something I’d really passively love to see come into the game: a toned down version of Race Wars from The Fast & The Furious (given the lobbies are limited to 16 players), make a dragstrip somewhere, or perhaps designate a certain area on the map (there are some long straight where this can be done on the map already) to this specifically, one on one, drag races for Pink slips, wagers/bets, race your friends, etc. or even the original Race Wars concept from NFS Carbon would work fine too, prefer the F&F layout though, it’s just a fun little idea. Call it nostalgia if you want 🤷🏽♂️
To further expand upon this and/or for make it easier on them. You can do a few different races like the black list. Race for slips if you want. It could be the "competitive mode"
I hope a lot of people understand, this is an extremely good sign for the future: In order to bring new content, big, small, large or small variety regardless of what the content is, bug fixes, collection of feedback, and tweaks/patches need to be made before making serious plans and moves to bring new content into a game, this goes for any type of game, this update is setting up the game for something or some things better waiting down the line in the next update and/or updates. Hopefully, a big content update or a few.
Little Light their attention wasn’t on this game during the past few months, and rather the next game for next gen consoles, now that we have their attention, they’re clearly redirecting back towards Heat, they’ll deliver, but we have to be patient, lenient, realistic, and open minded in and while telling them what we want and waiting for them to deliver, and they will, so long as we do. The key to it all is communication. The entire community tried to maintain it, Ghost stepped back. Now Ghost is stepping back in the ring and willing to listen, we gotta tell em what we want, and then give them time and be patient in more ways than one when it comes to what how and when they deliver. EA isn’t equivalent to a developer like Rockstar Games. The fact that we needed to get their attention is shameful on their part, but it’s understandable as to why. Building a new game from scratch and maintaining a current game, multiple different games actually, with a rather small development team compared to other developers out in the game right now, isn’t easy. Take that into consideration.
I read through all of em afterwards… That's a very good first update actually, lack of fresh content but you gotta give them credit for fixing the content they already have before implementing future ones.

Dont blame this on the people who've been purchasing nfs games for years just to be disappointed by its lackluster updates time and time again. It's not being ungrateful, it's being fed up with the same story every two years
We won’t get toyotas anymore because Toyota and the NFS team aren’t on a good page. Last I heard, Toyota claimed they “don’t condone street racing” and that NFS makes their company “look bad” Edit: I have been corrected it seems, hopefully we get Toyotas back then
I feel like need for speed should add more engine swaps for the jdm cars with their actually names and not forged engine but with the correct sound of the engines
Nice first update but the most annoying thing is when you crash , land on your roof or the side and does not flip over, you should be able to to turn on yourself like in gta 5
don't get me wrong I'm happy they are fixing and adding shit but I'm not gonna get too excited about shit that should have been in from launch still no key remap so guess I'm staying auto
To solve the manual transmission issue. Just allow us to map our controller layout like Forza and other racers do. I always preferred using the right analog stick as my shifter. Up for upshift and down downshift. But since i hate using r1 and r2 i play automatic now and won't go back to manual until i get a wheel lol.
I like it.....like some have said, ironing out all these bugs now should make implementing newer updates a lot better too. Just hope and wish that any "car" DLC aren't too expensive. :( Also, just had to bail on my game....I shared a wrap and it just locked up the whole game. :( The camera movement was still fully functioning, but I could do NOTHING else? Couldn't hit the circle button (PS4) to exit.....nothing. I'll head back in and see if its okay again shortly.... GREAT content CrayG
As a RU-vidr it is good to see you're promoting the appreciation and time developers are putting into the game. Its crazy that other youtubers are complaining about the update. Another reason why I enjoy watching your content. You still remain humble. Good stuff man
NPC cars are stupid at times and spawn in either too much or too infrequently. Also with the High Heat events I wish we can go back to them. For example I joined a HH Event, got knocked off the road and couldn't restart because of police so I quit the race, to find the HH Event completely gone...not a fan of that
Dude I was meaning to tell you !!! You must see playstations new back buttons attachment ! Its 20 dollars or something and you can use an extra 2 buttons on the back for shifting up and down !! :D
They should make it so that more cars have high displacement v8s as engine swaps. I was kinda dissapointed that there was no 5.0 swap for the foxbody and no hellcat swap for the 69 charger 😐
I think bug fixes is a good first step, . What's the point in adding new content if the game is all buged out, this should give them a steady base to work on
Now they need to fix a couple cars performance like the challenger thing feel like a boat with 10/10 performance on everything and handling make sum of the cars atleast close to the evo and Rsr without nerfing them 🤔
So they didnt fix dr15 error code i cant get online unless i delete cars and wrap and have to restart app after i leave a session to get into another one smh
Hey Cray I got a question for you.... what happens if you change crew for their lvl 50... would I be at level 50 and get the KXX... I'm at level 50 but my crew is not and there's 28 members and I'm the only one that got it up to level 41
This is nice but I hope they are working on a fix for shifting up or down with the E-Brake. If you're using a manual transmission and try to shift up or down while applying the E-brake it won't do anything. This is very annoying and hopefully it gets fixed.
Uninstall and reinstall the game, hard reset your Xbox twice and unplug your controller and plug it back in and it should work. Until they deploy a fix for that, you'll need to do all that every time you want to play Need for Speed.
