Please never stop creating!! I adore this piece, and she's a new favorite. The simplistic body next the complex jellyfish parts are so cool, and she radiates ethereal energy. The fact she glows in the dark just makes her that much more stunning. She's gorgeous, and keep bragging. It's nice to hear you excited about new techniques!!

Wow. She's... I don't have the words. I'm actually speechless. She makes me think that she might be a character from the Avatar movie. Like a luminous water entity. If I saw her in real life I'd probably stare at her with a dreamer like wonder. I just realised I'd probably get drawn in and eaten by an anglerfish.... 😣

Here's a little fun fact! The top of her head appears to be based on a moon jelly. The four markings you see on the very top are actually the jellyfish's stomach! Either this jellyfish girl evolved to have some super cool mimicry or her stomach is actually on her head!

If I could ship some of my extra doll collection to you, I would, but shipping to another country is crazy expensive. I'd like to suggest 3D printing dolls in the future though, so you will always have the bodies and face sculpts you admire most without having to worry about running out

It would be weird if companies designed new products with "customizer" in mind. "Let's make this new girl amazing so someone can rip her face off and make her completely different" xD Your work is amazing tho! I really love how this one turned out! 💜

Nail Tech here! That "sticky layer" the UV resin has, is called the "inhibition layer", the inhibition layer, is caused by oxygen in the air blocking the curing process near the surface of the resin. This prevents the outermost layer from fully hardening. LOVE your content! I literally fall asleep to the sound of you working on these beautiful creations!

This turned out so good! And, because you're not afraid to experiment and aren't dependent on the base shapes of the dolls, I think I'm actually excited to see you explore the potential of dolls beyond the MH line 😃

Stunning. The way the jellyfish part came out, it looks perfect. When I saw her glowing in the dark, my first thought about it was like, on one hand, she might be missing some little glowing details on herself, but on the other hand, it kind of makes sense for her to be totally camouflaged as a real jellyfish in the dark (for some reason? kek) in any case, she's super gorgeous, thank you for sharing!

i think that looking at MH dolls as purely resources for customizing isn't fair to yourself or the company. they don't create their dolls with customizers in mind, i mean they *are* for a new generation of children after all. and being super picky with your base doll really limits your creativity. from what i've seen on your channel you don't have any problems with modifying dolls beyond their base sculpt, and you do a darn good job at it too.

I have to say everything u said about the MH dolls g3 is spot on. The bottom of the legs are thick on the cartoon & they’re so awkward. I like g1 bodies so much! How Mattel seen what happened w/G2 & they still messed g3 up(imo) I don’t get it

i'm not a fan of this channel's vibe. there's a lot of "i'm not like other doll artists" type dialogue, which i've never seen from any other doll art channel

This is amazing, and I loved how you improvised when things didn't turn out how you expected. Also, I will note that the thing I'm most disappointed about in the new generation 3 monster high is that it's happening so soon. I understand that the new gens are kind of like an alternat8ve universe, so I expect things to be different, but it feels WAY too soon for a new generation. One thing I hate is probably how it feels like the writers knew nothing about the old generations as well. Like they just threw a bunch of random ideas together and tried to make it work. Sorry for the small rant, but what do you guys think about it?

Have you considered sculpting your own body and head models to better suit your interests? You could modify existing dolls and mold them for your personal use.

Every varnish I use turns sticky so I top coat my repainted action figures w/ uv resin when it’s sticky I put it under the light over & over finally it goes away

I can definitely say they shouldn't have stopped making Monster High dolls. This new generation of dolls sucks high water buckets. Reminds me of the Bratz. You could 3d print your own dolls based on old monster high designs, but with smaller heads to customize. I think moonlight jewel and a few others do that. Suggestion: Series of different types of jellyfish?? Moon jelly, and comb jelly, and lions mane

i just checked gen 3 mh dolls (i lost interest when i first saw them years ago) and why is draculaura thicc? she was tiny and cute! make clawdeen thicc? also i guess blue skin r-tone didnt sell well so they made lagoona pink. also frankie looks like shes there to include people with prosthetics. and lastly my love and queen cleo lost her charm sass and cool smh

im late but if you want you can use not original monster high dolls. İn my country i cant even find old monster high dolls but there is a lot of replicas they are a bit more low quality but i think they can still do the job (İm sorry english is not my first language as you can see)

You can always talk to Mattel and ask them to keep making the original monster high, they are still popular to me. Sorry two dark Sirens your just gonna have to wait a bit while longer. Story: Deep within the ocean floor there lives a jellyfish girl named Juju, now it's true that jellyfish do sting if touched their tentacles but Juju ever wished was to have friend's and not sting anyone. She tried to show them she ment no harm by showing she can glow in the dark but sadly the fish folk still judged her & flee thus have burst into tears. Till one day she met a String Ray Mermaid & Eel mermaid named Rachel & Elinor, they greeted themselves to Juju & asked why was she alone? She explained to them no one would ever want to be friend's with a jellyfish because their stingers would hurt anyone. But those two were different for they learned to control their stinging abilities, Elinor's uncle taught her the secret on how to control the stinging abilities & past that on to others who want to make a change for the entire ocean floor. Rachel & Elinor thought she was perfect just the way she is & thought her glowing was beautiful & this brought Juju tears of joy, after they helped Juju's stinging ability the three fish folk became friends & stood by each others side, helping others just like Juju to make a new change & better future across the ocean floor.
