You are wrong about that. She is either taking the fake number he gives her so she can call the police, or she realizes it is just a prank. You can tell she is smarter than that.
This call is a perfect example of how great women were back in the day, especially New York broads. If you asked this woman about the things he called her, she'd probably reply "Who cares? It's just some guy on the phone, I don't know if he's crazy or what", before she forgot all about it ten minutes later. Women now would make a federal case out of it, play victim in public and demand that the entire world change, because one guy making rude comments indicates an endemic problem that must be eradicated for their mental health. "He likened my tits to sugar! He must be identified and castrated!!!"
There actually was a small black shack on that corner for years. It's adjacent a cemetery...it was knocked down I think some time in the late 90s or early 2000s...the house was there at the time of this call.
