What did the Jews make the show bread out of during the 40 years after the Exodus and until they came into the land, Manna? And what did they wave (sheafs) since they were always moving all the time ?

Jewish feast? Pentecost was a feast for all of Israel. All twelve tribes.

Why your Pentecost teaching is incorrect… 1. The Days of Noah (on God’s Calendar) - (Gen 8:4) During the Flood timeline, the ark came to rest on the mountains of Ararat, on Nisan 17. Ararat means ‘curse reversed’. (Gen 8:5) 73 days later, on Tammuz 1, the tops of the mountains were seen. (Gen 8:6-9) 40 days later, on Av 10 (73+40=113), the Raven and dove were released. The raven went to and fro, and did not return. The dove was received back into the ark (Holy Spirit brought into heaven). This is typology of the rapture of the Church (Rev 7:9) on Av 10 (Pentecost). (Gen 8:10-11) The second time the dove is released, 7 days later (7 prophetic years later), it is received back into the ark clutching an olive leaf (Israel). This is typology of the rapture of the Tribulation Saints (John 6:39-40, Matt 24:29-31, Rev 14:14-16 - Jewish believers). Christ reversed the curse, on Nisan 17, at his resurrection. He then sent the Holy Spirit down (Acts 1:3-5, Acts 2:1-4) 113 days later (40+73), on Av 10 (Pentecost). (Acts 2:38-41) 3000 souls received the Holy Spirit on Pentecost. 2. Exodus to Pentecost (on God’s calendar) - (Exo 12:37-38, Num 33:3-5) Israel departed Rameses to Succoth (Egypt) on Nisan 15 (first day of Feast of Unleavened Bread). (Exo 12:17, Num 33:7-8) Israel departed from Pihahiroth/Migdol (Egypt) and crossed through the Red Sea into Arabia on Nisan 21 (last day of Feast of Unleavened Bread). (Exo 19:1-2) Israel arrived at Mount Sinai (in Arabia) in the third month (Sivan) on the same day they left Egypt (Nisan 21). This means Israel arrived at Mount Sinai on Sivan 21. (Exo 19:3) Moses went up Mount Sinai to talk with the Lord. (Exo 19:10-16) The Lord told Moses to sanctify the people today and tomorrow (Sivan 21-22) and he would come down on the third day (Sivan 23). (Exo 24:1-4) Moses built an altar unto the Lord on the morning of Sivan 24. (Exo 24:9-16) On Sivan 24, Moses and many elders were called up to the Mount. They were on the Mount six days (to Sivan 30) when Moses was called to the top of the Mount on the seventh day (Tammuz 1). (Exo 24:18) Moses was at the top of Mount Sinai for 40 days (to Av 10 - Pentecost). Aaron built the golden calf on Av 9 (Exo 32:1-6) and said tomorrow (Av 10) is a feast day unto the Lord (Pentecost). They offered burnt offerings and brought peace offerings. (Exo 32:7-28) God told Moses to get down the mountain, on Av 10, cause Israel had corrupted itself. Moses saw that Israel had committed great sin and ordered the Levites to kill with sword. About 3000 men were killed, on Pentecost. 3. Feast of Weeks (Pentecost) - (Lev 23:15) "And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the [weekly] sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering [Nisan 18 - Feast of Firstfruits - first starting point]; seven sabbaths shall be complete:” (Lev 23:16) “Even unto the morrow after the 7th sabbath [Sivan 7 - new starting point] shall ye number fifty days [that's 100 days - to Tammuz 27 (plus 13 days for all tribes to present their offerings = Av 10)]; and ye shall offer a new meat [NEW Wheat] offering unto the Lord." (Num 7:1-89) Each tribe had one day to present their burnt offerings, sin offerings, and peace offerings to the Levites. (Lev 23:17-21) On Pentecost, each tribe was responsible for providing a burnt offering, sin offering, and peace offering. 4. NEW Wheat - (John 4:34-35) Jesus spoke of a new wheat harvest in 4 months, from a spring planting. Israel has two wheat plantings, one in the winter and one in the spring. The winter planting is harvested in the spring. The spring planting is harvested in the summer. The spring planting is called NEW cause it is planted after Passover, when the new year and feasts begin. The wheat harvest that corresponds to Pentecost is the summer harvest.
