The Jive Five (Eugene Pitt, Casey Spencer, Franklin Pitt, Beatrice Best, Herbert Pitt) perform a set of five acappella songs from their 1984 Ambient Sound album, "Way Back" for a P.O.R.C.C. audience in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on January 11, 1993. These original songs, performed in chronological running order from the album, are the unison "Way Back", "You Know I Love You Honey" (featuring Herb), "Tore Up" (featuring Best), "A Little Bit Of Your Love (Knocks Me Out)" (spotlighting Casey), and "Callin' Cades" (led by Gene), which was reworked for Nickelodeon television. The Jive Five's work with Nickelodeon resulted in a Clio award for creative excellence in advertising and design. Best died in 2014; Frank in 2016 and Eugene Pitt in 2018. The Jive Five performed worldwide for 57 years.
