This is SO much better than watching the new McHale's Navy (SSCS) fundraising ship, the AlleyOop 😁😁😁 or whatever its name is, which will AVOID confrontation and direct action, and will likely just sail from port to port, collecting money from donors who are unaware of what that organization has done to its heart and soul, its founder, Captain Watson. Nice tri-color Dazzle Camouflage. It looks so good guys damm. The superstructure too. That is a choice bridge as well! What a place to be! It'll feel good to get back out there free to make decisions sailing the high water. Tamiya or Hasegawa should make a scale model kit of this sweet ship for CPW and reinvest 100% of the proceeds back in. Take a huge high res photo and that'd be pretty cool too. I'd buy that frame it and put it on my mantle because this is the most important ship afloat.
How funny the paint job! This is called "dazzle camouflage" and was used extensively during world war 1 to confuse naval gunners when attempting to use range finding optics (before the days of radar) to determine how far away the target ship was before opening fire. For me its a odd choice.
Beautiful ship always gonna miss the Steve Irwin though I’m Happy Locky stayed with Paul Kinda wish they went back to the classic black and yellow as a FU to what modern sea Shepard has become The PWF is the true spiritual successor to Sea Shepard as they will continue to hold on to the same ideals and tactics that make it successful but have abandoned to appease their corporate/government overlords so I’m glad Paul is keeping original flame going.
