As embarrassing as this trial is for Johnny Depp, I think it's quite important for society. This case demonstrates so well how a woman can be abusive, even towards a man, both mentally as well as physically. So hopefully, moving forward, men might get taken more seriously when they open up about the abuse they suffer. Additionally, it hopefully teaches people the lesson that, despite the MeToo movement, there are in fact "victims" who do lie. So maybe we can return to the credo: innocent until proven guilty. So, yeah what's happening in Ukraine might be more important but I still think it's a good thing that these two topics get talked about in public thanks to this court case.

Well Amber's defense got destroyed yesterday. The manager of the island helped a little. The psychologist devastated the defense. The officer who responded to three separate cases of domestic violence at Penthouse 2, and all three show no signs of damage to her and the area. Amber wouldn't even answer the officer's questions so they left as early as 15 minutes on one occasion. Amber is clearly a psychopath and not to be trusted.
Psychopaths are usually cold and calculating. AH is classic BPD, whose main characteristic is, to explain it clearly, being unable to regulate your own emotions. You therefore go on a wild pendulum ride, swinging all the way in one direction, and then all the way in the other. You have no problem smashing up a house and then having sex in the rubble, if the other party goes along. (I'm a year out from psych degree and have been in a relationship with mild BPD)

i have a phd in domestic violence cases. it is very common for abusive couples to have some kind of mental health issue. police are always at the door, usually the woman has phoned, and they wont even show up unless there's a real threat heard from the caller, so there always seems to be exaggeration just to get them to come out. the fear can be predicated on a previous occurrence where the man put hands on, even if a man tries to restrain the woman or throw them off with a force that shocks them and the women call out. a lot of the time the women won't want to make official complaints because they still love their partners, they just call out for protection or to mitigate the threat. although she has some obvious mental health issues, i wouldn't discredit her entirely as clearly there's a lot of provocative behavior from the sound recordings, and also no denial on his part when ever she screams at him about being hit. i think its a safe bet there is a mutual cycle of abuse which maybe caused by his addiction and her inability to handle it. I don't think he could handle her wrath and i do think its reasonable that someone intoxicated would react in a violent way. that's my honest assumption of this case.

I was with a woman diagnosed half way through our relationship with BPD. 7 YEARS, of this hell, and the audio doesn't do it justice. We tried to get her help, but even most therapists wont work with people who have BPD, because manipulation and emotional abuse is sadly their natural state of being, and nothing but DBT therapy can even help...if that. It's like looking in a mirror, and I have been free for about 3 years...I can tell you, the trauma lasts, and I would still find myself questioning if certain things were really because I was this terrible human being she made me up to be..but this just confirms it all, that I am not. She did everything from hit me to cheat on me, and blamed it all on her illness. She would talk about fantasising about hurting people, robbing stores, generally being a demon bitch...and suddenly within no time, what I thought was my world became my prison. My heart goes out to all the men dealing with these people...you can get out too!

How far do we say "respect women, never hit a woman," and not address what to do if a woman is hitting and abusing the man?? I teach them to never hit a woman, naturally. Yet, I will not tell them that they're expected to just TAKE this kind of crap from anyone, male or female. We have to let men protect themselves should the NEED to defend oneself arise. Depp's defamation lawsuit is an interesting topic. The evidence all seems to point towards Amber Heard being the abuser and yet his career was destroyed by her "allegations" as the world seems to be wired into thinking that domestic violence is male assaults female and cannot possibly be the other way around. Miss Heard's allegations caused movie studios like Disney and Warner Brothers to drop Depp like a hot potato but in the case of Warner Brothers, they refused to drop Heard from Aquaman 2 despite that audio tape being released in which Heard admitted hitting Depp. This was one of the worst cases of double standards I've ever seen. I believe that Warner Brothers have even gone as far as backing Miss Heard despite the overwhelming evidence pointing to her being the one who was abusive and not Depp. Miss Heard to me seems to have some sort of mental issue, whether that be something like Borderline Personality Disorder or perhaps even Narcissistic Personality Disorder, but that doesn't for one second excuse her from what she has done to Depp. I watched the video of her secretly recording Depp slamming cupboards in their kitchen (which happened to be a day after his abusive mother had died) and not once does she show any genuine fear of him and during that video appears to be goading him. After he discovers that she was recording him she denies it and then after he walks away (without ever laying a finger on her) she laughs to the camera. Ultimately this case is about Depp clearing his name and moving on from the difficult period of time where he was subjected to psychological and physical abuse at the hands of Miss Heard, but it should also serve as a watershed case that proves that men can indeed be subjected to domestic violence and need to be allowed to come forward and speak up without the fear of not being believed. Miss Heard also has done actual survivors of domestic violence a major disservice by faking it to destroy Depp's career, regardless of what gender they identify as. If Depp is successful in his lawsuit (and it would be a major shock if he isn't and would raise questions about the integrity of the justice system in America), then it's quite clear that Miss Heard needs to be properly punished for her behaviour and needs psychological help (although she may be too far gone in that respect). I am also aware that she has launched a counter lawsuit against Depp for double what he is suing her for. If he wins his lawsuit against her you would like to think that the judge due to preside over her lawsuit would have the common decency to throw her case out before it gets to the courtroom.

People who age more quickly in shorter spans typically do so because stress breaks the body down more quickly than it would on its own. He looks fine! He looks great because his dignity and character are still there, and it shows. But his skin and his eyes and his weight all show signs of accelerated wear.

6 years ago I had my own Amber Heard… this girl ruined my life, ruined my career, and ruined all my friendships. Even years after not seeing her she would still try to ruin my life, an example was sending a restraining order to my business (which I did not have while we were together so how did she know about?) Thankfully we went to court and the judge saw right through this and her craziness. Unfortunately no one else could see this. They saw my calmness and lack of verbalization as guilt and her exaggerated rants as truth. Slowly but surely this girl would implore similar tactics to her friendships and family. I know this because multiple people close to her have told me they now understand. It sucks because I still have PTSD from this relationship so many years later. I often wonder how my life would be different were she not ever in my life. But in a way I got to see who my true friends were and sadly I can now only say I have 1 true friend. But that’s ok. We grow, we build. Latest I heard was that she was engaged to some guy after only 1 year together and after she had already cheated on him. Poor guy. But not my issue anymore. Good luck Johnny. ❤️
