I have PTSD and just now can walk into a room and not automatically put my head down and look at my feet. He didn't allow me to have a job, go out with friends or anything. She's had a lot of cosmetic work done. Lorry Hill has a pretty recent video of all the procedures she believes she's had, and given the drastic changes, I'm in agreement with her. Most obvious are those cheek implants you can see through her skin, and it looks like she's had a lot of filler. I think the bloated look of her face is probably just from some weight gain on top of her chin and jaw implants. There's also talk of how the pics of her bruising under the eyes appears to be from getting Botox. She's altered just about every part of her face.

An addict does not equal an abuser or a bad person. Maybe your experience is different from mine so I can't beat you up for that. The FACTS of this case say that the person who was portrayed as the sober one is the actual PHYSICAL abuser. They were both verbal and mental abusers but that's not what the case is about. AH has serious mental illness and living with someone like that can be just as much of a living hell as living with any substance abuser and that's a fact.

@@mccauley2023 no not going to beat you up. Alcohol brings out the hidden characteristics of an individual, people are different and so are affected differently. I can say I often witnessed a family member who drank very heavily, never becoming violent, they'd be more distraught and clingy more than anything reliving the abuse they'd experienced and sharing horrible details that stick in your mind, but I do agree with the not remembering part, because they'd rarely remember what they shared during their intoxicated time. It was embarrassing for me so can't even imagine how they felt. They're over it now, well, I believe they've learned how to deal with the trauma, because I personally know abuse doesn't disappear out of your mind just like that. It takes time to develop coping mechanisms like trusting again and not being afraid of living a relatively stable life, but it does take time (for me it took decades) and intense therapy as well as.

Sadly, I think she will win; there just isn't enough evidence to prove that he NEVER abused her...but she HAS been proven to have abused him, and any studio/brand in their right minds will never work with her again

@@juliestanfield8433 Standards for defamation are higher if the person is a public figure as they have to also prove actual malice to win the case. By malice it means the person who published the defaming statement must also have known at the time that what they were publishing was false. So if i posted something claiming that Joe Bloggs is an abuser then he could sue me for defamation if it met all the other criteria, and can prove what i said was wrong, even if I think he his. If I made the same claim about Johnny Depp though, Johnny couldn't sue me because I have no way of knowing for a fact that what I published was true or not. There are so many wild stories about public figures all the time that it is reasonable that i believed what I was claiming. At least I think that's right, I'm not american and not a lawyer. For this one though, I believe all they need do is show that the claims are false, as the person who re-published the claims is the alleged victim (Amber) and so they would know at the time whether what they were publishing is true or not. If the abuse never happened to her, she would know it never happened, so the malice standard should be easier here imho.

Remember Amber and her lawyers actually blame more on so called theory of Mr. Waldman or the public twitter than Johnny Depp to begin with in the case because Amber's lawyers made lot about it in the closing statement. I don't use Twitter any more for 7 years. I never heard of or at least who she is. I only heard of Johnny Depp married another actress. I never seen her movies being mentioned. So I cannot see how that would affect Amber's career from that. I never knew about UK case until mentioned in this case. It's just hard for me to see how Amber can prove her own defamation case since too many holes in it on Amber's part.

She contorts her face to express “emotion” and appears to be able to summon tears at will but experts at interpreting body language are having a field day watching her give her testimony. Was recorded and on the person on the recording has passed away. many pieces of evidence were blocked by lawyers, but we on the net can see them.

They proved that the pictures in evidence cannot be verified, many were put into programs. To go down the Bruise Kit would have been waste of time.
