@@The_og_moonwalker if you look closely at the name of the video you'll see that it's titled "JOJOlands", a reference to the legendary JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series
it feels like you really understand how specifically david production adapts araki's work visually, there's subtle nuances to the JoJo anime visual style that i've seen very few people nail this well.
Totally agree. Could have told me this was some sort of pre-production for jojolands (assuming anime was caught up) and I'd believe it. This guy should be hired lol.
Fun fact David Productions actually added a little easter egg for Yes fans in the Great Days OP; near the beginning when it's doing the breakdown breakdown stuff in the credits it has Hirohiko Araki's name written in the stylized font that Roger Dean created for the Close to the Edge album cover!
@@johnwise9811 Really??? That's Greato Daze!!! On the other hand, Part 2 had a LOT of references to Yes & Roger Dean: -"Owner of a Lonely Heart" was sampled on "Welcome to the World" from Part 2 -During the flashback that detailed the story of the Pillar Men, it seems that the background design was inspired by "Views" by Roger Dean & by the back cover of the album "Yesterdays" Also, has anyone noticed how similar are the Wall Eyes from JoJolion to the cover of the album "Relayer"?
there was a part of battle tendency that used the riff of Owner of a Lonely Heart when Joseph was fighting one of the pillarmen (i think in one of the earlier episodes in the german base), the Yes references in the show are really great
This is gonna be a precious pre-adaptation time capsule, like that one comic dub of Part 5 The one where Fugo goes "OH MY GOD THEY SPELLED TRASH BACKWARDS"
This is the single most impresive fan ending the Jojo comunity has ever seen, not only you did it with a fraction of the amount of chapters others have, you also captured the essense of a Jojo ending perfectly, just as spontanious and artistic as it should be, perfectly chosen music, amaizing handling of colors and sick backgrounds, you sir, are amaizing, hats off to you
Man I love the car scene, it gives me some nostalgic vibes in my life or something that I can't explain it. Almost like being free and not worrying anything in life.
You are literally everywhere. If I see any JoJo’s related online content, I can be certain you will have commented. The only plausible explanation is there is no one “PrixtoTNT”, it is in fact a hive mind all going by the identity of “PrixtoTNT.”
@@shmargletheone1378 -He sure gets around for one guy. -Yeah well that's where you're wrong. I don't think it is one guy. -Huh? -The way I figure it Gordon's got a bunch of them stashed someplace like a SWAT team, he wants you to think it's one guy but... -Yeah you're always seeing double.
Idek anything about this Part but this ED reminds me a lot of what got me into JoJo's in the first place. Just a bunch of high effort fan edits of weird af stuff that's out of context. Like, weird colours, characters straight out of vogue, stands. This actually looks like a mix of the Part 3 and Part 4 ED's. I like all the tiny movements, it adds a lot of fluidity to when the screen shakes or zooms in. I also like all the little screen shakes, it's like an impact. 1:16 onward is my favourite part. I also love the quick cuts like at 0:50, it adds a lot of personality but also mystery, like, you want to go back and pause it to see what the weirdos are doing but the song is too good lol. The characters are so cool to watch though, they feel completely unique from the other Parts (which is true, but, it takes a great artist like Araki to completely create a new *feeling* set of characters in the same universe).
I love that there's not just manga images but redraws which makes the scenes clear like 0:50 charmingman, respect for effort. and 1:16 I love usagi's color scheme
Awesome. Now everyone who wants to make a JoJolands fan ending will have to use yours as reference. You have pioneered in setting up this part’s standards for what we want to expect lmao
@Frietuurs what tracing? Closest thing to tracing is the beginning part with the hand retracting into the hands up pose. After that it appears everything else was made by hand and directly references manga panels. Also nothing wrong with taking inspiration from the part 4 ED.
This came out really well, it was awesome seeing all the effort you put into it with the progress you've been sharing with us for the past couple of months. Thanks for the credit at 0:28 too!
I had 0 clue what JOJOlands was before this despite being a fan of the currently released animated parts(still working on the manga) and let me say this was the best introduction I could have gotten! Just amazing work, I wouldnt be able to tell the difference between this and an official release. Truly hats off to you.
