Batman found the cure, while joker died from it. but it made joker Stuck in his mind, trying to take control of his body. Joker has that affection for Batman for sure, but Batman has never liked the Joker whatsoever. He sees the Joker as a destructive murderer who takes joy in hurting others. The Joker sees Batman as entertainment and as his reason for living. It’s why, at the end of the very game shown in this clip, Batman makes the decision to erase Joker entirely. And Joker pleads with him not to do it, because he always thought that Batman cared about him the same way he cared about him. It’s almost a bit tragic, until you remember who the Joker is.
