@@CryptographyForEverybody You'd have to go to that link I tried to post for the full context. But it won't let me post it in the comments. Best I can guess is it is a combination of enigma and something else. The cipher has been cracked by a few people, so I know it is doable. I actually have a cryptanalyst looking at it but even he hasn't solved it yet.
Do a Playfair on the keyword and plain text message then run the Josse Cipher. Of course, the Polybius Square needs to be shuffled well. A nice cipher with the message being part of the key.
Sometime if you get the chance, I'd like to see several shuffling techniques that can be used (manual) on P-squares and alphabets. The ones I use don't seem to do a good job - thanks.
