I really wonder what other new mechanics will be added to the other sections (yea I’ve watched some of his TV room segments that he’s been working on atm so far)
Chica's death scene Is pretty damn horrifying. One thing i've also noticed was that unlike the original, Chica doesn't fully come out of the space she was crawling through, and instead gets to you by moving through it. Not to mention, the fact that The Creator stays alive for a brief moment even when he's impaled by her beak.
And I thought the original looked good. When comparing the original to the remaster it's not even a contest. It's so impressive visually. The jumpscares are way more about the kill method than before and include sounds like dramatic glitches rather than just the scream. Freddy sounds kinda animalistic during his jumpscare. On top of that there's a ton of risers, visual cues in the environment, etc. I love it
@@facanadiothe jumpscares are actually animated rather than the animatronics just popping up, the animatronics actually break in to jumpscare you rather than teleporting, the lighting is better, the animatronics are more textured, and there's an entirely new animatronic showcased at the end
I’m gonna be honest, when you actually play the game it’s a lot less scary than it looks. Like I’m an absolute pussy when it comes to horror games, but the demo lost all its fear for me after a solid 2 deaths.
@@cyphoah8748 I think that applies with every FNAF, to me it's all in the Suspense, if the Suspense doesn't turn to annoyance by the game's difficulty, then it's PEAK. By the way: Dormitabis.
It’s crazy how much the ignited animatronics designs have truly evolved in the remake, it makes the originals feel like the first step to what’s to come.
Now i understand why the chapter 5 of Dark Deception its taking to long to release One of their best's employe was cooking for us, and probabbly will cook more
@@thatanimegirlwiththecape4807 if chapter 5 its gonna be that massive and there is just 2 courses left, that means chapter 5 its gonna be awesome and epic bruh!
@@tuangaming4910 Yeah, how else can you explain a machine that movies so impossibly fast or can somehow break laws of physics? How else can you explain that they somehow are able to make the night repeat over and over until Scott dies in the Story Mode version.
Ignited Freddy = Screams at you Ignited Bonnie = B*tchslaps you Ignited Chica = Impales you Ignited Foxy = Hook-Stabs you Ignited Golden Freddy = Screams at you Demon Freddy = Bites you
fun fact: demon freddy is just level 2 ignited freddy as the game progresses they lose their robotic features and become more organic btw, did you notice the human teeth and jaw?
Honestly that caught me so off guard when that happened. Ik if I actually play I would shit myself but watching it just made me kind of laugh. He just shot straight for you.
Only problem I have, and it's very minor, is the over-animated hand gestures. Markiplier actually poked a little bit of fun at it on his first playthrough
A lot of people don’t know this, but in an older version of TJOC story mode Bonnie originally had a jump scare in the office level, but in the newer version it was removed.
Yep. That was a result of the office being poorly designed and needing to be nerfed to oblivion in story mode to make it reasonable to beat. The fuse system fixes this issue completely, so Bonnie can have a jumpscare again.
@@xcriller1951 I think it works the same way how the demo works, if Bonnie is in that specific room then he’ll jump scare you if you shine the light in his direction. except the original TJOC story mode if you open the door, then he would just immediately jump scare you.
1:41 some people talk about how goofy this looks, but you have to remember that demons don't give a fuck about physics. The fact that the angle has changed to demons adopting the likeness of the animatronics is much better because it can explain a lot more mechanics and behaviours, leading to a better game and honestly more terrifying premise. I do think the initial animation could use a touch up, but I don't think it's as bad as some people say either.
@@caldercockatoo2234yeah I agree, but if you think about it this demon entity is just flying towards you phasing through walls and the fact his flying is so straight that its kinda off-putting and then bites your face off I think thats pretty terrifying, the idea of it I guess
In my experience, the game isn't that bright to begin with so you wouldn't see how it just glides towards you. I only ever saw the eyes and thought I just simply got jumped, maybe that was the actual intention?
This game is not like a security breach. So it wouldn't make sense for the animatronics to be colorful, the game's purpose is to be dark and the Robots to be scary demons. giving them color takes that away from them and also the atmosphere that the game wants to convey
I usually don't like games that are way too saturated (like security breach) or games that are lacking in color (like this game). But I feel like in this case, Nikson really pulled off the aesthetic here. Though, I'm torn on the jumpscare sounds. They're still really good, but the old ones were iconic (especially Freddy's and the endoskeleton's)
@@nopeno-s5r No, the jumpscares being quieter is a good change. Turning up your volume really high to hear the audio cues and then hearing a really loud jumpscare sound would be really unpleasant to stay the least.
yeah i feel like it's weird how he just flies at you i reckon it'd be better if it worked how foxy's one works, he comes out of one of the rooms and runs at you
Bro this jump scare is scarier in game bro because you’d expect the song to keep building up and then he just lunges at you while screaming and it’s horrifying in the video it’s no that scary cause you know its coming. Also I almost jumped out my chair during this jumpscare
A much needed upgrade to the animatronic designs. The OG ignited animatronics looked too much like Gmod model edits, random sections taken off rather than torn plushsuits. Now they actually look like they've been abandoned and have gone feral. They stand out as their own things, and I can't wait to see what Creation looks like now.
Nikson states that the animatronics will become more demonic looking as the hours go by. Like 12 a.m. for example they are in their robot form, and then suddenly, at 3 or 4 a.m., they become more demonic looking.
Gotta love the effort nikson put into making the variety of jump scares and animations from each direction, man really is cooking a buffet with this one
That my friend is DEMON FREDDY! These guys are fucking with us and in reality? They are demons so it makes sense for them to have more organic looking forms.
@@ajc0072It’s not. It is Freddy but more organic and demonic, just like how Nikson plans for the ignited animatronics to be in the later events of the game.
In the old version, Bonnie’s the only one resorting to Physical Violence instead of just jumpscaring Here, every animatronic goes straight for the kill (except for Bonnie where he took Chica’s role as the stunner), enhancing the demonic aspect.
Hell yea when I first saw it I almost died in real life….shit snatched the soul outta my body for a minute like I had about of body experience moment there
I love how in this one you can see the struggle to survive, how you try to push them away right before they tear you to shreds, it's so horrifying and kinda destroys any sort of illusion you might have of like "oh I might be able to fight them off". Like those things are MENACES
just beat the demo and honestly, The Joy of Creation has been one of my favourite FNAF fan game Ever. From the horrifying jumpscares and Animatronic models to the flashy game mechanics and chaotic moments, this really is the game that the community should be hyped about. We all need to thank the main man Nikson for blessing us with this magnificent DEMO.
i love how bonnie actually jumpscares you now, in the og he would JUST break the camera, and seeing him on the door didnt do anything so now giving him a jumpscare outside of it, aswell as making you lose battery thanks to his punch, makes him WAAAYY more threatning to you and the cameras, instead of JUST the cameras
That is a huge glow up. The old version isnt bad, but it was too much like any other Fnaf fan games, well well well... the remastered version exceeded its initial expetations.
It’s amazing just how much better the demo alone is for this new game. I didn’t think there couldn’t possibly be much to improve on but good god it’s just so good.
You know what I always loved about the old "joy of creation story mode". That there is a split second hesitation before the jumpscare starts. that horrifying second freaked me out
its interesting how in the remake the animatronic assert it's fact that they don't obey me the fabric of reality ( Freddy magically disappearing each flash including the final flash, he just clips into the floor ) not to mention the "Lights Out" jumpscare
These actually feel like demons. Incarnations of decade-long enraged and corrupted souls, now behaving like rabid animals. They feel wild and brutal, really looking for our character's blood.
I really appreciate how nickson made this game so balanced , Especially Chika's part since you don't have to look for the cupcakes outside the office since not only you are vulnerable to Foxy but Bonnie as well as he can break your flashlight making you either look for another fuse or sacrifice one that you have planned to use on the office's main power , Oh boy that would be tough!!
In this new FNAF super fangame, the Ignited Animatronics undoubtedly look more demonic than ever in this new installment/remake of the TJOC saga. And without a doubt, I think we are facing the best FNAF fangame ever created to date. 👀✨
That Freddy jumpscare Death animation in TJOC Remaster 2024 was by the far the most HELLISH AND NIGHTMARISH DEATH sequence I have ever seen out of any of the Jumpscare Death Animation sequences in the entirety of the Fnaf Games
Bro when I played the new demo, the Freddy jump scare where he just levitates rapidly towards you is actually horrifying. I lit looked around me when it happened
people are all over the internet for this game. plus on his twitter account people were eyeballing the unreal engine how they were made without filter. one thing I mostly loved was how hard and badass his images were of each character. All im saying is that I was around when the demo version of the joy of creation 2015 was made. big fan
