IKR. you can even show up in court for your sis, brother, mom, etc. here where I'm from the judge will look at you like who are you and why are you here. he will tell you to go home and may double the ticket for the person you came to court for. here that's a big NO.

A person like this judge actually helps crime rate go down. People who receive leniency tend to not repeat the same mistake again. I am a lawyer. People think the more strictly you enforce the law, the lower the crime goes but study after study shows leniency with humanity dramatically brings down the recurrence

@Ozkan E Most permanent residents are looking to get citizenship. If this is the case you can only spend limited amount of time out of the country, otherwise you don't qualify for citizenship. I guess he saying the show is so good, he would risk Canadian citizenship for it.

This is a good question. However I have always loved my life from truth. Being the best person I can,the kindest person I can. I am known by others as being this way. I learned a life lesson a long time ago (70 yrs. old now) which was when others mention your name (not at your funeral) your beautiful clothes,home,car etc. Does not matter. Clothes styles change, as well as houses and car models. But the best way for others to describe you is "oh, the real nice/kind one, the one that don't just talk about love with their mouth,they actually show it with their actions." Thanks for asking me that question. I hope you have a long healthy, blessed and wonderful life.

What a sweetheart Judge Caprio is. All those years on the bench, and he is still compassionate and full of empathy. He treats the defendants with kindness, and listens to their stories. I can't think of any other judge who is loved as much as he is. "Tempering justice with mercy" is his rule.

If I lived in America ( in Providence ) I would commit a parking violation most days just to sit in the same room as this compassionate Human Being ( And Family Man ) ! He shows he is Not just interested in being a money making machine, but he Likes to get to know the citizens who stand before him so he can make what He Feels is a Compassionate and Fair Judgement.
