The voice cast of Justice League takes on the quest to Mount Doom of Lord of the Rings fame in this clip from Talkin' Toons with Rob Paulsen!
Rob Paulsen, one of the most accomplished and well-known voice actors of our time (voicing Animaniacs, TMNT, Rick and Morty, and many more), sits down with fellow voice actors like Maurice LaMarche (Pinky and the Brain, Futurama), Kevin Conroy (Batman: The Animated Series), and many others to discuss their experiences! And yes, of course, there'll be plenty of voice acting games from script-reading to re-enacting famous film scenes with cartoon character voices.

The casting of Justice League characters to Fellowship characters in this scene was perfect. Would loved to have seen some more ad-libbing like the Green Lantern's "I know a thing or two about rings." A Hawkgirl soundbite of "And my mace!" would have been gold.

boezou, Gimli had an axe, so no mace. But only ONE thing would have made this Absolutely Perfect: The addition of Carl Lumbly as part of the Fellowship--for we didn't hear the Maritian Manhunter among them, sadly. We're missing one of the Founding Seven.

Seeing this reunion really makes me want to see the Justice League back on air. But another part of me thinks, "all good things must come to an end" and I'm kind of glad the series ended with an awesome finale rather than drag on for twelve seasons to a point where they've run out of ideas and are teaming up with Dogwelder to thwart Mister Polka-Dot.

Indeed. Kevin should have read for Aragorn. There are many similarities between the movie version of Aragorn and Batman. They are both grim loners with tragic pasts who must become team players and eventually leaders to save the world from evil. They also both have indomitable wills and are unmatched in combat. They are also, as you said, master tactitians. In addition, they are expert trackers with considerable deductive skills. They are also both healers (Batman is the son of a doctor; Aragorn learned healing skills from the Elves). Finally, the ladies love them.
