I've used all sorts of bucket's, blades, box's, hook on box with a bucket, they all have there strengths and weakness's, your product is the best combination of all of those in one in my opinion. Here in Ottawa Canada we have something called " Sno - Gate " but it's really only use is bucket mounted, however the sno-gate technology or something similar I think would work well for back blading to create the box effect for back blading, but fold up for pushing. The one thing I've always hated about back blading is not being able to carry alot of snow, having it roll off the ends, some companies make blades with foldable wings but thats alot of moving parts, stress point, maintainence, sno gate basily has one hinge point and a single lock point, so instead of mounting them in the forward position on a bucket, you would want to mount them facing the rear so all you have to do is curl bucket down to get them to flip back into upright lock position. Mounted on the " blade portion " of your product, you could also use either Hyd. or electric controls for the lock pin so still in line with no getting out of cab. Although you probably want to design your own, the sno-gate attachment is expensive here, around 8k or more, for skidsteer, backhoe, loader etc.. price depends on size.

My HLA 5203 Snow Wing would eat this piece of junk in seconds. The snow wing had hydraulic wings which important for moving large amounts of snow and positioning it exactly where you want.

Looks like you're using tracks instead of wheels in this video. I've always thought wheels were better for snow (but I have a tracked unit to load salt that slides a lot) Nearest dealer for Utah? Anything out this way?

Metal Pless or HLA will absolutely destroy this lol.

buy a virnig.. they are way cheaper and have a back drag bar that makes it three times faster for the fact that you aren't always going to pick up the box piece.. i have out plowed the kage many times with my virnig.. and i always have a far cleaner cut.
