THIS is my dream home !!!! I LOVE IT😍😍😍😍😍 Love the layout. Love the storage closet on the deck off master bedroom. Beautiful layout over all. LOVE the front porch with the stonework !!! THIS is my dream home if I could afford it.

Thank you for sharing 👍. You usually ask for input and suggestions so here goes. Gosh were to start. We love the front porch, We hope it’s deep enough for rocking chairs and a porch swing. The living room is very pretty and the fireplace is a great touch. We also love that it is not completely open to the kitchen 👍, the half bath is nice, nice coat closet as well. The floors are pretty and the beams in the dining room add lots of interest to the ceilings. The pantry is very small though. The kitchen is pretty but could use more counter space, a double wall oven and a cooktop with a pot filler would be great. The island is nice as well with plenty of storage. The Master bath is nice, I wish the water closet was bigger though it’s tiny and claustrophobic. Nice linen closet and walk in closet 👍. The deck out from the master bedroom is nice and the storage closet on it as well. The 2nd and 3rd bathrooms are just kinda basic though and I wish the toilets weren’t always right upon the shower tub combos. The laundry room could use cabinets and a mud sink instead of the one shelf. Also if there is enough room for a freezer would be great can’t really tell. We always love remote ceiling fans with beautiful light kits in every room. The ceiling lights are very basic builder grade looking and in a home this nice and at that price range having nicer lighting fixtures would be an asset. I love this house other than how the kitchen is. Flip flop the sink dishwasher and wall opening with the stove. I want to interact with the family in the family room not with the living room. I wish more plans had the kitchen with the family room instead of the living room.

Take the floor plan to a builder n have them build it to how you want.

I wouldn't mind walking around the kitchen island from the stove to reach the sink because the rest of the house is that great!

Very nice house but again why do these homes always walk right into living room. Need a decent sized foyer then house would work much better.

I like the separation from the living room to the kitchen and family room. I like that the master bedroom is in the front and there is a patio/ porch off the room. But the 2nd bedroom with the vents under the window is a no go because that's where you'd put your side tables. 🤷 If the AC vents could go in the ceiling then it would be perfect. Overall, a nice house but need some tweaks.

Only dislike is the outside door in the master bedroom and being on top of the front room as I would hate the noise from the TV

The only thing I don’t like is the textured ceilings.. They are a nightmare to keep clean, they trap dust and mould spores.. Not good for asthma sufferers..

With all the room every where else in the home, it's a pretty small pantry. It should be big enough to have multiple shelves on all 3 walls. It's way too small for a home of that size.

Ugh pull back to show more of the rooms. Every home like this the video is too tight. It would be nice to see the overall room.

I like the earlier version of this house.... it was a 3 bed bath and it had 2 Master Bed and Baths awesome..... I also wonder if they could flatten the roof where they have the 2 arches and put the faux window pods on the roof making it look like a cape cod style home. that would look a lot better

Nope, lost me! Do not like that the Master Bedroom is right off the Living Room! The house is cute, really don't care for the vents in the floor either, but that is not a big deal breaker for me!

Where can this be placed?? The island in the kitchen is a eye sore in that color. One side of the island should be where people can sit and eat etc. The overall color of the home is nice. Question, is there a clearance at the end of the year??

$200,000.mobile not a permanent so it will depreciate for that kind of money you could get a stick home built and pick thing's that you want here or there including tweaking the blueprints to your specs. Way to much money!

I don't know any woman who would want to walk around that island to access the sink while cooking. Bad design in the kitchen.

This home is nice and cozy but the sinks needs to be by the stove. Other than that it is nice. Tfs.

The mechanical items lost it for me. The "flopping" PEX pipes in the water heater closet (should be fixed to the wall) and the very "cheap" looking connections to the PEX. I also do not like the return air intake in the laundry room, the entire house will smell like a laundromat within a few loads of laundry. Also why no tile in the other bathrooms ? It is in the master bath, I truly do not like the fiberglass shower stalls. The fiberglass shower stalls will look terrible with regular use, all of the cheap apartments and homes use fiberglass. This floor plan needs a few tweaks but it is nice for a "trailer" mounted home. For most places in the US a site built home is about the same and you have the land along with the home...

Needs a coat closet inside front door

This might have been a nice home but your video was more focus downward than Level and you didn't get the full potential of this lovely home, sorry I stopped watching.

I would not have the exit door from the master to the porch. Maybe if screened in, but probably not even then.

A beautiful home vents in floor is a turnoff and the price is high for a mobile home. Can buy a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath and half acrea land cheaper than that.

I really like that half bathroom off the living room that’s ideal to me I will put in a higher toilet but that’s my preference but I am not a person to. With a bad knee. I also like the closet off of the living room so if you have gas you can hang the coats up at least put them in a closet. And now I have them in your own personal bedroom on your bed laid over someone do you want your kids beds or hung up in your own closet young personal closet I just don’t like that idea they bring things in from other places that you keep it contained to one closet.I like master bedroom but I do not like the master bathroom. It’s a cut up and who wants to be stuck in a dingy little closet take a you know what. I’m sorry but I just prefer to be a more open my own preference. It’s just cut up there’s too much closet one place closet another it’s like you tried they try to laugh I just don’t like it. It’s a nice home until you get to the master bedroom. To cut up. I like where the furnace and the heater circuit the hot water heater is at not on the outside so somebody can try and get into your home from the outside going through the hot water heater like a lot of places do have an a lot of people of gotten that way when I try to break into your home.

Don't like the outside door in the master. I would want the kitchen sink with the opening to see into the family room not the living room. The biggest issue is I need every bathroom to have a space for a litter box.

Really nice house, kitchen layout needs some adjustment though. To whoever filmed this, we really don't need to see the floors 90% of the time, when you do a walk through, do it at head height, showing it from a persons point of view, we do not walk round with our heads down looking at the floors all the time, really spoils these videos.

I didn't see anything in this video that would want to make me pay a $100000 for this house much less $200000.

Seeing as how you aren't the dealer there isn't much point in commenting on layout and design flaws nor lack of quality control. However, I'm confused as to why you would 'remaster' this video. You can barely hear the added music and if you turn it up you get blown out of the room when the 'commercials' come on. 4k didn't seem to add a thing either. If it wasn't for the floor plan being shown twice in the video I would have been lost most of the time. In every one of the half dozen of your videos I've watched today each one of them lacks wide view shots that allow the viewer to get the full flavor of the room. Most of the time you seem to take video from waist height with far too many floor shots. Having an assistant would help so they can open doors, pull curtains open, etc out of the shot so when you bring it into the shot you aren't so close up losing so much detail. The excessive close up and down panning makes me outright nauseous and by the looks of a list of comments, on this video and others, it is a big turn off. Maybe it's an equipment issue that causes the limitations and poor end product. Hopefully you take this in as constructive and not offensive. You may end up with more people making it all the way through your videos so they end up watching your commercial bringing more attention to it thereby increasing sales. This was the first time I actually stuck it out to the end rather than leaving. All the best to you in the future.

I'm assuming not real wood doors or trim or cabinets, for $200k my local home builder can do a stick built 2200sqft home,this home just not worth $200k
