I can't think of anything else someone would need in a home! This is a 45x84 mobile home(modular). The manufacturer for this home is Deer Valley Homebuilders, the model for this home is the "Briarritz." This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and 2,502 sq ft. We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.
We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I love that the living room and kitchen is not right in your face when you walk in. There is enough space for furniture and to walk around and there is some separation from the kitchen and dining.

The flooring is among the nicest I have seen in your videos. I'm with those viewers who don't want carpet, so seeing the flooring sans carpet in the master bedroom was a treat. If I were to buy a mobile home, I would want all the rooms to have nice flooring, not wall-to-wall carpet. I prefer the look of a nice rug over good looking flooring.

Chance, I was born and raised in California. Live in Los Angeles. I would rather hear you say "Reckon" over "Suppose" any day. "Reckon" is you, so be you. Don't cater to a hater. The storage in this house is exceptional!! That’s what I like to see. Layout was nice. I would like to have seen some French doors or slider off the back side. Maybe substitute those three widows in the living room with access to a nice big deck off the back. This one is a winner👍🏻. Thanks for the tour 😊

Candace Elder I need doors to my large back deck where the grilling and parties happen. Can see the pool and my flower gardens etc. I personally need to have access to the outdoors. Being outdoors is much more healing than being hidden inside. 😊

OMG I love the barn doors in the master bdrm and no carpet. That closet is amazing! I would remove the carpet. The master bath is so nice & looks comfy, if that makes sense

Sonia Legault Yup!! I said the same thing. That needs to be a lot deeper. Also. I’m not sure how I feel about the brick. Some natural 6x6 posts floor to ceiling with a hand rail I think would look a little better. I dont know that’s just my opinion.

Sonia Legault I think I’d be okay with it if I added a back porch or deck. But remember, these are modular homes. If you talk to the builder or manufacturer, they could probably make yours bigger. Or give you some other options to have a deck.

the briar ritz is definitly my favorite house yet! ! ! Im really happy you're showing a different version..Absolutley love this house. There's another version of this house where it has this green/grey looking caninets and wood panel backsplash..This model has great versatility and a beautiful floor plan where any look or style could work with this floor plan

This is a beautiful home. We have a 3200 sq ft home with three car garage that we recently moved into, and these laundry rooms are blowing mine out of the doorway!! We are renting our old house out, and it’s laundry room was just a little room that led out into the garage through the kitchen. I do miss my real wood floors in the old house. Carpet is hard to maintain with three Chihuahuas, who are potty trained but sometimes miss the pad a little. I lived in mobile homes when I was a kid in Kansas and survived 2 tornados. I admit that mobile and prefabricated homes in tornado areas terrify me. I was scarred early in my life. Haha. Great video. Thank you!

You've shown a bunch of houses, and I've liked some aspects of many, but this is the first one without any deal-breakers. Mind you it doesn't have everything that I liked about some of the other homes, but If I could afford it, I'd definitely pick this one over the others. Kitchen layout is better than most, and because of the barn style door to the master bath, you can position the sinks in the entrance without having a hinged door getting in the way. The large laundry area is a bonus. Thanks for the tour.

Yes sir, I am buying my lottery ticket. That is my forever day home to celebrate all the holidays. Less than I thought. I just knew it was 219,000. So I am way ahead of the game. I believe in carpet. Unlike others I love the feel of carpet under feet. Thank you. In Love from Shreveport Louisiana.

@@scottwoodcock3542 . To each his/ her own my friend. I vacuum and mop every day. My place is cleaner than a church. House came with carpet in every room but kitchen n bath of course. Don't know your house rules. But boots come off at the porch. Shoes n what ever footwear has a slot in then mudroom. When you keep it clean, daily tidy up is just a dry mop away.

Yes, I remembered! If you remember when you toured the three bdrm of this model, I made that exact same comment that I saw this house in a four bdrm. But I like the other one in the four bdrm I saw better. Because it had arches entering the Dining Room, Kitchen & the Master Suite....

Love this home, especially the bedroom in the back of the kitchen with the bathroom and desk area. There are so many things you can use that room for such as a live in nanny, home schooling your kids, an area for business meetings if someone works from home, a man cave or a lady lair. The possibilities are endless in this beautiful spacious house,

Beautiful home for a growing family. Love the Laundry Room. Massive! You could add a bench with cubbies & hooks for your kids backpack, shoes & coats on that empty wall. The closet could hold a vaccum and all the extras items a home needs to stock up on like toilet paper, paper towel, laundry soap etc. Chance, if you could would you show a few smaller homes for a couple who is retired and don't need a huge home. Thanks! I just love watching your videos. You do an amazing job.

Finally, a real fireplace! Nice flooring, looks like natural oak. Room for couple of freezers in utility room! Large homes with large expanses of hardwood floors only carry echoes and magnify sound. Need carpeting in these large areas- living room, master bedroom, dining areas.

Wow amazing! What a wonderful master bath! Double wow! I would definitely choose different cabinet colors and am not partial to the entry way but I could be happy in this home! Simply beautiful! Love the hard wood shelves in the closets and love, love, love the extra closets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Winner!!!!

Well the outside is beautiful, I love the high pitched gables. You could see this house in any neighborhood. The entryway is stunning the great trim around the front door is classic. The floor plan is just about perfect it’s so nice to not walk right into the kitchen. It might have been nice to have had a window in the kitchen though. I love all the dark wood and the floors throughout the bedrooms are roomy and there are a lot of nice surprises. I would like to see a sink in the utility room. The master suite is perfect. The one thing that disappoints me is the shelving, the master closet has wood which is what I’d like to see in all the closets. For a premium home I don’t want to see cheap white wire racks. Other than that it’s a nice home indeed. And don’t worry about sayin’ I reckin’ , it’s perfectly natural coming out of your mouth and I find it charming.

This. Is. Perfect. Stunning. Thank you. I want this one more than any other. The ONLY thing I would change would be a tub upgrade in the master bath because I love jets. Now, Chance, please stop trying to rub the country out of your speech because morons comment on the way you talk. What do they know? I agree with that as well. Also would prefer to have sliding glass doors in the shower tub combo instead of a shower curtain. Contains the water better. A built-in shower seat is appreciated as well!

I love the space!! However maybe its just me, but it seem like the bigger the build, the MORE closed off the living spaces are. I would have like to seen the living room and kitchen and dining room opened up to one open space instead of divider wall, other than that and decore preference..It's stunning!

Right? I am not trying to be rude or offend anyone, but what is the advantage of buying a mobile home over building a house? Just sincerely asking for others opinions, ya know? I've lived in both and I just like the idea of a home being built to be on the ground

If I quality for a home costing $200K I would definitely build or purchase a house...is it easier to qualify for a mobile home knowing they can come and pick it up...I've always thought the purpose of purchasing a mobile home was to save money...pricing is not competitive at all...Do they depreciate in value, if so...in a few years you would probably be under water...Just my thought.

@@vickiemckinnon6460 they do depreciate! At least with a stick build you can build equity. Now if you buy/have land and put a mobile on it and decide to sell the land you wouldn't make anything on the mobile home. A good alternative is a cabin/log home kit. They're cheaper than mobiles.

You did tour another house just like this one but the laundry room was off the kitchen and all the bedrooms (besides the master) were down the hallway off the living room. That floor plan was better imo.

I hate hate hate stand up showers. Have had them. Another look nice but totally awful invention. Hell to clean and keep clean. And I do not care how the doors are managed there is always some sort of wretched tracks to try to clean as well.

All the ventilation vents are in the floor. That was the big flaw that turned me off. Rats mice and all kinds of critters chew through the ductwork.

I noticed floor registers and ceiling registers both. I'm guessing it's available either way. Have to agree with you about the floor registers though. If I had my way I would have floor ducts for heat and celing ducts for conditioned air.

Why can't they make them and keep cost under $100,000? I mean, most people on low income are attract people d to such homes. So, why not make it attractive to low income people? Why continue to put people in homes they cannot afford?

@rj doggman .... Vegas real estate values have bounced back better than most areas but this health crisis could plummet prices again. I surmise Vegas will continue to be on the extreme ends of booms and busts.

This is my top home. I love the extra bedroom in the back. Great space for crafting because it's near the kitchen, to keep an eye on cooking. The master closet is very useful.

That cost more than my traditional home and my home is bigger! The resell value will decline because it is still a manufacture home. Nice but not worth it.
