Awesome video. The funny thing about IWA here in Puerto Rico having Thunder and Lighting is that at some point they became a development promotion for WWE. And they brought a lot of WWE wrestlers like The Rock and others. And of course, they brought the real Kane once I remember lmao. Also the real Kane made a lot of his early career here in Puerto Rico before officially becoming Kane. He went by the name Doomsday and wrestled for WWC which is the promotion owned by Carlos Colon Sr.(Carlitos’ father). Dutch Mantell had discovered him in the US Indy scene and brought him here as he was a booker in WWC. You can find videos for all these things I said here on RU-vid if anybody wants to go down an old wrestling rabbit hole 😂

One more for the algorithm gods: This was a mid-card star-studed show this time: Mid Cardona and 3-Live Cru, minus the Mould Dogg [though you did throw him in there]. All it needed was a wild Slapnuts. With the mentions of DX, T-Truth and such, that might be an interesting vid: Following a mid-carder [Like The Roadie/Mold Dogg] through their various gimmicks and stables. Road Dogg started out as Slapnuts/Jeff Jarrett's literal Roadie, with a planned storyline where he was the one that recorded JJ's intro track [hence the "Real JJ angle and the name change to Jessee James]. Then he became a replacement for Bart Gunn as Billy Gunn's partner, changing the Smokin' Gunns into the New-Age Outlaws, they then joined D-X. When D-X broke up Billy Gunn eventually tagged with his kayfabe lover Chuck Palumbo as Billy & Chuck after a brief stint as "The One" Billy Gunn while Road Dogg went to TNA and became BG james [known affectionately as the Mould Dogg] where he occasionally helped or annoyed the "Chosen One" Jeff Jarrett and eventually formed a stable with Ron "The Truth" Killings and Konnan: 3-Live Cru. I assume that match with Thunder & Lightning happened around that time but Mould Dogg either couldn't enter Puerto Rico due to financial or legal issues, or they didn't want to pay for him to come. he went from country stagehand to whiteboi rapper. There are other crazy mid-card stories like that, like Sean Waltmann or the inspiration for the topic of this video: Glenn Jacobs [and how both Glenn and Mark Calloway played a bootleg Diesel, yes I say "American Badass" was a Diesel knockoff, right down to the finisher]

I grew up watching Thunder and Lightning. They were (Thunder has retired) as "The Heavy Artillery." They are the most dominant tag team and the best tag team in the history of Puerto Rico. Thunder's finisher was an F-5, and Lightning's finisher was a Powerslam (he also uses a spear now)

At this point, we need to have a Royal Rumble with all these clones. Question is, who would win? Lol

Best presentation, because of constantly really serious booking, of an after-Kane gimmick / character is actually Krule. Regardless the promotion, they really know how to book him proper and his deathmatch / shoot invincibility adds a perfect layer to the seriousness of the gimmick / character. Or when he gets seriously injured and still don't stop...what the hell, he's literally inhumane. :)

The zipper on the back of his suit had broken and his entire back was exposed through the gaping hole in the zip.
