If the Nuggets do sign KCP, then be open to breaking up the starters if, by the trade deadline, the Nuggets are underperforming.

As a Nuggets fan, I see 3 players that should not be moved yet. That would be Joker, Murray, and Gordon. The rest of the team should be movable to keep the team in the championship hunt.

Signing KCP to anymore money would be a mistake. If he wants to stick around for 16mil keep him otherwise move on. Move MPJ his contract is absolutely terrible.... maybe Kuminga would be a good trade because the Warriors need hight. Don't resign Murray..... he needs to show he can be available and return to playoff form before giving him a lonf term contract. Find a sucker to take Zeke (what was Booth thinking when he gave him 10mil per?!?!?!)

Denver is on a decent spot in draft to pick Nikola Djurisic, he could contribute right away, and give Jokic another friend in a team.. He played against grown man, he has proven he can contribute and he can also pass the ball that can help in no Jokic minutes. He is also improving fast. Booth if you read this, F back up C. Interesting how they say that Denver had best starting 5, maybe it is because they played the most minutes, interesting part is that the best starting 5 seem to be untradable for anything else? What an irony there. If they were the best they would have won the title, they were not the best team period. I am tired of that sentence "best starting 5", they looked like snails in the playoffs.

We lost two players but no draft assets for KCP, have had him for 2 years, won a chip, and he is getting older. and what we really need is a bench big not a wing. We drafted wings and now is the time to play them. They can't get to reliable if we don't play them. Father time is undefeated and KCP is slipping evidenced by Braun playing Edwards instead of him. Now is the time to get off of KCP, play young and affordable, and get the big situation figured out. The league is getting bigger and better. Joker needs help at the 4 / 5 spots in the regular season.

Sometimes you can but the Nuggets don’t have the snake oil to get in that kind of trade. Ie not a big market, a star that plays the game off the court, or from the other side a promising young guy or supreme draft assets.

She doesn't realize that the nuggets with Jokic are finally a destination team. They need to move on from mpj not kcp. Moving on from kcp is a stupid take. Kcp is at 25mil is far better than mpj at 35 to 40... Trading kcp changes the team far more than trading mpj... one is a great lockeroom guy the other is sketchy--wined about usage and from a family of crooks... trade mpj!

Your wrong. First your a jerk for what you just said about his family. We're talking about MPJ not his brothers. And why don't you do a deep dive into MPJ'S stats for the season. Like find out who the #1 player in the entire NBA was in Mid Range shooting % was. Take a guess. Who broke the Nuggets most 3 pointers made in a season. I wonder who. And then see who was ranked 14th out of 50 small forwards in Player Efficiency Rating. Guess who again. And who played 81 of 82 games. Yep him again. And you know what, he had a hell of a season after his contract and then being told you are the 3rd option on the team by Malone. If anyone, Murray needs to go. Just listen to any other ESPN analysts and other fans. He's average. You let MPJ Average 15 to 20 shots a game watch out. He would average 24 to 30 points a game.
